How is your progress with the sleeve method?
You had mentioned that you get an increase of 1/2 - 1" after 45 minutes at 5-10 in hg…but it doesn’t last long.
Is that the same still or are you making gains?
The thing about the penis is that many times great expansion while pumping results in contraction reaction.
Its very much like stretching your legs. If you really push it, the next few days you end up even tighter.
If you go easier, you make slow steady progress in loosening up.
If you AREN’T making progress, I would suggest to keep your vacuum to 5 in hg and see if that doesn’t allow for steadier progress, but not as big during the pe routine.
With my inner tube technique, I have been hanging really thick and long.
The constriction is so tight that my unit gets a slightly bruised feeling afterward.
What I have been thinking about is how if I use a thera-p strap, I get expanded girth…even under the strap! Actually I seem to get greater expansion under the strap (after I take it off).
I was thinking, like in power jelquing…is part of the effect of constricting an area of the penis…what happens to the expansion cells (spongiosum, cavernosum) when you compress them?
I think it is very much like squeezing a ballon on one end, the other end bulges out.
I’m thinking by constricting the entire penis ( inner tube ) while fully erect, might actually be stretching the expansion cells of the erectile tissue. Add vacuum to that, and it should magnify the effects.
If I’m correct, the progress will continue….we shall see.
As of now, with one session of 15 minutes, cycled vacuum pressures…I am getting very good expansion. I have also had much improved nite wood, and no stress to unexposed skin.
Like I said before, I am waiting to see if the expansion I’m seeing is a result of the inner tube or if if I am just recovering from overtraining.
