CTC DP4000 users or Others I need help.

I just received my DP4000. Fought like hell to get it to take settings. Now that I managed to get it to I don’t think it’s working.

I put the cylinder on my unit. I am shaved and keep it tight. It is on. Nothing is happening . When I push and move the connector piece that connects the tube to the cylinder and if i wiggle it for a second I get a loud noise and then I get vacuum. If I do this enough I might get a seal that stays. Once I have a seal I don’t feel any sensations or pulsating . It’s static. It is super quiet. It sounds off except for a half second hum noise. Any idea what is wrong? They want me to call cause I can’t seem to communicate the problem and it will be awhile with my schedule to call at a decent time.

Is the female connector screwed firmly into the top of the cylinder? Is the O-ring on the male connector in good shape?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Everything is brand new. I tried 2 brand new Leluv cylinders and I get the same result.

The o ring looks good, everything seems tight. I got a response thinking that the male quick connector is to short and not long enough to reach the shut off valve .

Does anybody know a way of getting the male

Connector out of a hose easy? Or am I stuck buying a new hose with end?

Try heating it with a hair drier or hot water.
Failing that just cut it out, you should only loose 1/2” at the most.

Brand new cylinders are notorious for having loose female connectors, but you said you checked it and it was tight.

And on the male, I second what cap said, just cut it off and sacrifice ½”.

Just to make sure I’m just screwing it down to make sure everything is tight or is there something else I’m missing?

Leluv cylinders are known for having finicky female connectors. Mine never sealed right when it was cranked down. I suggest the opposite, try loosening it and tightening it until the connector is just snug. I think the threaded part of the cylinder is too small on the leluv and it compresses the mechanism on the female connector making it not open and close properly.

Ultimately I ended up buying stainless steel male and female connectors from Boston pump. They work awesome.

Thank you for all the responses.

I ordered the male end from Leluv since it’s the proper size and fit, for the female end and made sure it’s tight, but if that doesn’t correct it when the new end is here I will do loosen and re-tighten. If all else fails I’ll buy new ends. I will report back once I know what fixed it.

Sta kool i used lube and I keep it tight. It won’t suck or cause any vacuum till I push down on the hose end.

I have a dp-4000 what you are describing I sounds like the hose is not plugged into the vac unit completely, cause if there is a leak at the cylinder it will never build vacuum and run continuously that haz confused the shit out me before

Second cause could be
the unit needs to be connected to the same usb port you used when you set up the device
it also must be plugged into the wall and to the same usb port powered on before you open the software

Once the software is open the preloaded program is 2/5, 3/5 repetitive this is the settings screen where you can modify the values, as well as a blue slider that will allow you to change the sensitivity if it’s left at “2” the pump most likely will not cycle like you want

The directions that come with it are quite good, these are the explanation of the problems I have incurred

Hope this helps

Also the dp-4000 is not a “pulsating”pump, it can vary vacuum levels via time and intensity, and it does “pulsate”, because it is a diaphram style pump it is to weak to do what the qs7 or pulsar claim to do

I had the same problem with the DP4000 and Leluv cylinder. Turns out that the male quick connect that comes with the pump is not long enough to click all the way into the Leluv cylinder. Once I switched to my other LA pump male quick disconnect it fixed the issue.

I opted for Vacutech and Pump toys cylinders (really recommend the second, the first bites your pubic bone like Hell) because I prefer a snap latch sort of seal for the connector on the cylinder. The odd thing about the DP-4000 to me.. Is the company selling it also sells cylinders that use no connectors at all. They flex a tad much for my liking as well but.. A topic for elsewhere.

I have seen some excellent connectors for sale to replace both male and female. I think Vacutech sells some nice ones if replacement is an option.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
