Cylinder Size Question-- Too Big for Best Gains?
Hi—I’m new to the forum so hello. I recently purchased a 2” x 9” elliptical cylinder from LA Pump. There is a huge amount of room on the sides and top. A few questions below. Any advice would be much appreciated.
1) As I said, there is a lot of space on the sides and top. Will the size issue affect my gains?
2) Many people have warned against balls sucked in. This happens, but I have learned to manage by pressing the cylinder against groin. Again the balls thing is not an issue for me. Is there any other disadvantage to the huge space?
3) I start to feel pain/discomfort at 4HG. This seems strange because most people recommend 3-5 HG. Any advice?
