Cylinder Size Question-- Too Big for Best Gains?

Hi—I’m new to the forum so hello. I recently purchased a 2” x 9” elliptical cylinder from LA Pump. There is a huge amount of room on the sides and top. A few questions below. Any advice would be much appreciated.

1) As I said, there is a lot of space on the sides and top. Will the size issue affect my gains?
2) Many people have warned against balls sucked in. This happens, but I have learned to manage by pressing the cylinder against groin. Again the balls thing is not an issue for me. Is there any other disadvantage to the huge space?
3) I start to feel pain/discomfort at 4HG. This seems strange because most people recommend 3-5 HG. Any advice?

THANKS!

I’ll keep this brief as I recommend you read pumping forum threads and get a feel for yourself.

1. Too big of a tube will either cause fluid buildup or malformed expansion.

2. See answer 1. Additionally, oversized tubes never worked for me.

3. You have to work up to pressures you’re comfortable with. This can take extremely long periods of time. Differs vastly from guy to guy.

4. Pumping, if you’re new to PE, often doesn’t yield gains to the new PE practicioner as well as manual exercises.

Good luck.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

The select your cylinder sizing chart in this thread is for round tubes, but you can compare the round size tube to your elliptical. So say the chart says your tube should be a 1.75" cylinder, then your elliptical is way too large.

Also you can google the equation for calculating the circumference of an ellipse and then compare directly your girth to your tube.

Selecting Your Cylinder Size

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have a better idea how to select the cylinder size. My concern is the consequences of an overly large cylinder size that leaves space.

Is the risk of malformation and fluid build up a real concern if the cylinder is too large?

No, the risk is not really increased. You can do full package pumping in really large cylinders without any extra risk for either condition. Both of those adverse effects do come into play from pumping too long and usually at too high a pressure.

For a cock only cylinder, the main risk for too large a cylinder is just like you have heard and that is getting your balls sucked into the tube when there is not enough room to accommodate them. And what I always say to help avoid that, is start with an erection and bone press the cylinder into your crotch as you begin to pump up.

I have an LA pump which is 9” x 2.5” which is a lot larger than I currently need.I personally have had no issues with balls being sucked in or fluid build up.And have actually made some decent girth and length gains so far.As gprent mentioned go into the cylinder erect and bone press and a oversize cylinder works fine.

Busy Building a big dick with AM 2.

An eeecrion is key for cylinders that are too big. For me it’s allowed me to gain length. I don’t have to worry about packing the cylinder and getting blisters on my glans. Of you keep the pressure right, you don’t have to worry about a donut.

Thank you gprent. By full package pumping do you mean putting balls in side the cylinder too? If so, is it supposed to increase size of balls, and are the pressure/pumping indications the same?

What about the guy above who said there is a risk of fluid etc? Is that untrue?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Titleist. Are you saying that a bigger cylinder is better for length. I’m mostly concerned about girth. Would a smaller cylinder be better for girth growth?

Hi thoughtfulgold. Thank you for the reply. Your points about fluid/malformation are contradicted by others. I’m wondering about how you came to your conclusions? Thanks in advance.

Yes, full package means cock and balls and your balls are capable of pumping up quite large once you get a lot of experience. When you first start full package, you won’t be able to use as much vacuum as cock only, because your balls are a lot more sensitive and will give you a clear message when the pressure is too high. Eventually, once conditioned, you will be able to pump at a pressure that will greatly increase the size of your whole package.

This is a matter of personal experience. And also, a matter of exactly how much larger in girth that the tube is compared to your actual size, versus going in erect or flaccid into the tube. What they are saying does not contradict my points. I do not bone press a cylinder to pressurize it, nor do I practice full-package pumping. Methods differ, thusly will experiences differ.

In my experience, going into a tube erect that is larger than my current girth by a significant margin is a poor choice and invites edema and malformation, as air doesn’t evenly pressurize a penis every time you pump.

However, these are my personal experiences. A tube that fits to a reasonable degree, to allow some expansion, has always been optimal compared to oversized tubes. I own tubes that took me years to grow into and they didn’t help me when I bought them so that’s my take.

Thanks for following up. What does bone press mean?

In my case, there is probably a 1” margin around when erect. Do you think this is too much?

From what you said, it sounds like better fitting tubes produced faster growth? Is that right or is it that they helped avoid the problems you named?

Thanks!

Hi Alex

Just a honest question: for how long are you into PE and what routines have you done until now?

I just have the feeling that you bought a pump as first thing and have not gone through any kind of conditioning routine for beginners.

Not that this is obligatory, but it certainly is recommended.
