Erect or Semi?
I know I saw a post in this section that said “if you are not fully erect, you are on the road to injury” when referencing pumping (by one of the moderators that frequents this section). Well, I’ve seen several other posts here and there that seem to suggest that others don’t go the fully erect route.
So, I’m very curious to why others go full, semi, or whatever. Is one better for stretching versus another which is better for expansion?
