Does anyone have an opinion on this? It seems to be an interesting derivation on pumping, by using an insert that applies pressure while you pump, which (I don’t know much about anatomy) seems like it would focus all the swelling on the inner workings of the penis rather than inflating lymphs or whatever that are the cause of the stale blood I have read about.

You have to decide when buying a pump if you want a bigger cock/better sexual performance or an automated way to get get yourself off.

Obviously the weight are just a gimmick, but beyond all the comedic hating on it.. What else is so bad about it? If the insert was actually a problem you could just use the tube. But the insert science seems more or less sound.

How can someone create, market and sell a product that likens penis enlargement to muscular hypertrophy? It’s absurd since the penis is not made of muscle.

Just from what idiotic knowledge I have from browsing this forum, it seems like it would have the benefits of condom pumping as well as it being a “fluctuating” tube, in that it is always applying pressure so in a way, each pumping session is like packing the tube and helping with length.

Anyway, I bought one and it seems to be working great - I don’t have any past pumping experience, but I am now just starting to see results with a large increase to my flaccid hang/size etc

How is this thing attached? How does it work?

I assume you mean the insert? It just fits right inside around your dick, with the rubberish material base on the outside, which forms the base/seal. At higher pressures when you begin to force more of your pelvic/inner-dick/whatever out some of the base/seal sucks up which is kind of annoying, but it doesn’t affect anything. Just got to use a small amount of lube like spit to slide up in the insert, and that’s it. I have no other reference or experience to other pump devices, so I can’t really make direct comparisons. It does have a ruler sticker on the outside that helps track your progress, which is neat.
