Help me fatten up my penis some more.

So guys, I am consistently pumping again for the last few months. I’m doing 30 to 45 mins at 2.5 to 3HG, about 5 times a week. Air.

For the most part I am staying in the tube the whole time, just dropping pressure now and again.

Any hints for working more efficiently to get more girth?

Longer duration? Short periods of higher pressure>? Water pumping?

sta-kool, I know you are very interested in optimizing natural testosterone levels. How is this working for you ? I’m asking this because, based on the fact that you need some boost now, the mechanical work is ok, I think that you could enhance your gains by taking the hormonal route .

capernicus1 - ok, I will incorporate more water pumping into my routine. Did try it yesterday, need to perfect it as I came out w a crazy huge donut. Too much pressure I think,.

I certainly recommend persevering with the water pumping, the moist heat really seems to make a difference.

I think I’m in a similar situation to yourself, I have a good consistent routine going that is finally giving results albeit small and slow results.
I too am looking for something to help speed things up a bit that won’t adversely affect EQ.

I cycle AAKG and tribulus every few months which seems to help, other than that I’m out of ideas !

There are just a couple of minor modifications to help boost your results.

Just spend about 5 minutes at a starting pressure of 3”hg and then increase to 4”hg for about 15 minutes and then increase to just under 5”hg for the remainder of your workout. I remain in the tube the entire time and do not lower the pressure, but I do move the tube around a lot and milk it a bit to help keep the circulation moving.

After the pump workout I put on one of my famous broccoli bands and do an erect massage for 5 to 10 minutes to fully restore a healthy look. You can also do this massage with no band.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

gprent - THANKS. Am doing the tube milks etc currently, and they do seem to help. Will follow this pressure protocol the next time I pump and report back.

My current pumping routine is similar to gprent’s. But when I have an hour + spare, usually once a week, I do this routine:

I start off with 5 mins IR heat.

5 mins at 3hg

5 mins at 4hg

5 mins at 5hg

100 jelqs and 5 mins IR

I slowly take it to 5hg - if I have the pump attached, it loses about 1hg every 10 seconds, so I then pump to 6hg and let if fall to 5hg repeated 5x, then 7hg, let it fall to 5hg 5x

Then I leave it at about 4 to 5hg for 30 or so mins. If I detach the hose it keeps pressure perfectly. I’m very fortunate that I don’t really get donuts, unless I go mad with the time.

When I’m doing this routine, I use a Thickwall silicone sleeve, which aids in keeping the vacuum seal perfect, and constricting the base of the penis. It needs a lot of lube to get in, but with enough lube the vacuum draws my penis into the tube. I really like the sleeve. For my normal routine, which is very like gprent’s, I don’t bother with the sleeve.

No one ever mentions it because we all are so hyped at the end of a session about the size of of cocks; but jacking off immediately after the session feels wonderful. However it dumps the libido which decreases the blood flow and arousal. These are important to maintain for growth. Lately, when NOT jacking off and letting the endorphins KEPT the cock in the pumped stage LONGER. Should/could lead to permanent growth and quicker future pumps because tissue have enlarged. No real evidence but the increased size feel of cock and balls for over a day is better than a quick jackoff. Also, if time permits a second pump during the day further give evidence to this. Do what you feel, but keeping a hardon for as long as possible seems to aid growth and size. Just think about a balloon and how it stays in the large size when the air inside has kept it inflated for days.

You don’t need to water pump, necessarily. Just keep a rice sock handy. Use it 2 - 3 times during your workout; takes only seconds to warm and the rice will give off moisture.

I found jelking and modified Uli’s, between pump sessions, to be very beneficial for girth growth.

Good stuff, avocet. Had forgotten about ULI’s and squeezes. How much jelging do you do?

gprent, have done your protocol a couple times. Really liking it. Coming out at the end noticeably thicker than I was. With hardly any fluid build-up.

I do water pumping with a heat bad for baby milk bottle. The warm water helps prevent donuts.

I started using this routine about three years ago and found it makes my penis feel much more refreshed after the session. It also helped a bit with my ED, which I believe Avocet designed it for.

I have recently started a more aggressive routine in which I pump for two 30 minute sessions at just under 5hg in my usual cylinder which I end up packing 3/4 of the way up. I then change to my next larger size cylinder which I pack about 1/2 way up after 30 minutes. My temporary pumped girth upon exiting is now up about 1/4 inch as compared to my old single 20 minute routine. Too early to tell if I have gained any “perminant” growth.

When I was active in PE, I did 150 jelks at a time, between 3 pump sets, so about 450 jelks per PE session. I worked up to that number gradually, adding 5 jelks a day.

Modified Ulis are great. Just don’t overdo them.
