Pumping analogous to extending

When I look at long term pumpers going for girth gains, I notice that they commonly will do it for maybe an hour a day and gain something like 0.2 inches per year, which is about 4% of the circumference of a mid-size dick.

If you look at extenders, people typically go for around 3-4 hours a day for 1.0 inches a year, which is about 15% of the length of a mid-size dick.

Anyone ever noticed that the ratios are the same? In percent, it seems that length growth with extending is the same as girth growth with pumping. I thought that’s interesting.

People who extend just go for as many hours as possible. That’s one of its appeals. You don’t have to think so much. Just put the thing on as much as possible. It seems girth growth might be the same.

We think of girth growth as being so much slower. However, actually, it’s the same speed, it’s just the people spend much more time doing length exercises than they do girth exercises.

I’m not sure what everyone thinks; however, I do personally think and agree that a nuance between girth work and length work is stimulation, the bottleneck.

With some creativity I do believe that extended clamping/pumping times and sets can be successfully achieved.

Thus far I have had the most success with increasing clamping times, which is due to adopting a mobile clamping method.

I guess Girtha used to clamp huge amounts of time? I’ve been away from PE for years, but when I first started I got newbie gains but the gains stopped when I adopted clamping. In retrospect, I think I may have simply done too much too early and toughened myself. This time around I’m just extending for length and pumping. It does seem like clamping has got to work. I guess the key is to not overdo it on intensity. Would be interesting to see if you continue to get superior results from a high time, low intensity approach. Would be nice if you would report back.

Issue with maximizing girth work is edema. The lateral expansion pattern of tissue simply isn’t a linear “gain more with more time and tension” like an extender.

Edema, which stops growth and blisters which hurt and cause lost time for healing and reconditioning are primary. Bruising from heavy clamping is notable too, especially with high tensions or turnkey metal hose clamps.

The ratio may seem the same but the mitigating factors are hugely different.

Aren’t you really saying that the ratio IS the same, but people can’t spend as much time on girth work because of edema and bruising?
