Since you have a tendancy to get the doughnut effect, do you think that the thera-P wrap would increase that tendancy if used after a workout? Can you use it while still keeping the area under the head wrapped with the self adhesive tape…like a double wrap. I just thought that the added pressure from the thera-P might cause a doughnut even if you used it while flacid. Thanks

Your observations are correct. I normally don’t use the Thera-P wrap directly after a pumping workout in particular. I usually wait until later in the day until my dick’s had time to settle in to a more stable post-pumped or post PE-exercise size.

Yes, I would also suggest that wearing the self-adhesive tape around the susceptible doughnut area and wearing the Thera-P strap can be done simultaneously to avoid fluid being allowed to redistribute unevenly into the susceptible area. I would also wrap less tightly with the TheraP strap on these occasions.

Thanks Peforeal. One more question…Since you have been pumping for quite some time, why do you think your girth hasn’t evened out more by now. You still have the tree-trunk shape, but I thought pumping would have corrected this due to base expansion being halted as it packs in that area. Also, do you think that wrapping below the head, presumably the thinnest area, has slowed the girth growth in that area since packing would probably not happen while wrapped. I’m just a bit confused since you talk about the great expansion below the wrap…what about the area that needs it the most beneath the wrap?

Good questions. The reason my girth hasn’t evened out completely yet is because I’ve continued to increase the diameter sizes of my cylinders over the past few years. So what’s happened is the overall girth of all areas along my dick shaft have increased proportionally along with the lengthening of my shaft. My base was always wider around than my glans, and it’s continued that way. I started with a smaller tree-trunk shape, and now I have a thicker and longer one. That’s okay by me for now, although I’m working on evening up my girth up the whole shaft. To do this reshaping correctly will require my staying in the same size cylinder for awhile while pumping, allowing “packing” to occur along the whole length of the shaft over and over again, until results are cemented.

Wrapping below my glans (the least in girth size) does not slow growth in that area, since pressure from pumping continues. What is prevented is the unwanted swelling of the outer skin area of my dick from fluid buildup under the skin.

Just like guys used to think that hanging would stretch your dick out into a thin pencil shape (that’s been debunked), wrapping part of your dick while under the pump will not compress it from expanding like other parts of the shaft. Just try this, and you’ll see how when you unwrap how your shaft adapts to the release and resumes appropriate proportions. My own personal experiences showed me this connection.

I hope that helps to clarify. All I know is that wrapping and pumping work in all the best ways that you want in order to gain in size, especially girth.

That makes erfect sense, thanks for the reply. Since this has been so helpful to me, here’e my final question. Do you have a hypothesis as to why your length did not increase in the least year with a program that seems to have worked for both dimensions in the past. Do you think it’s due to your lig potential being exhausted? Maybe different rest schedule? Thanks

I have a few hypotheses:

1. I haven’t increased the time spent and intensity of my sessions to force length growth in particular. Because of the gains I’ve made, I haven’t felt the need to be so intense about PE’ing like I initially was.

2. I haven’t included wetjelqing into my routines for a longtime, and they were also a critical component in my first year or so of PE’ing. Perhaps, I should start employing them on a regular basis. I’ve used dryjelqing because of its convenience. Maybe it’s time for me to go back to the basics for length gains.

3. I’ve really grown to enjoy my pumping routines and thus spend less time on stretching, etc. The result is that I’m still making regular girth gains due to the regular pumping influences.

4. My dick is so much thicker now that lengthening the whole shaft will require a lot more concentrated effort and perhaps a reevaluation of best routines.

5. I hadn’t considered lig potential being exhausted, but that’s another possibility.

Possible solutions:

1. I need to reintensify my entire approach (time and repetitions), especially when it comes to jelqing and stretching.

2. I could become a regular hanger. I’ve experimented a bit here recently with my own homemade hanger, and I like the feel of what was happening to my dick and the results. It seems that this could work for me with some commitment.

3. Incorporate marathon jelq/stretch sessions with longer rest periods in between to jumpstart length gains.

4. Ease up on pumping. (Probably not, I like the overall health and shape of my dick from it too much).

So you see, I’ve been giving it some thought. Let me also say, that I haven’t come to a complete stop with length gains. I actually have made flaccid stretch lengths gains of 1/2” , i.e. I can stretch BP flaccid to nearly 8.5”. I have made length gains of 1/16-1/8 inch erect, but I’m not changing my stats until I have another solid 1/2 inch in erect length BP.

Rushmore, your questions have made me really sit down and sort through my thoughts. Thanks for making me analyze and organize my PE options.
