Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Not all professional cylinders come flared. If not flared, the ends are very well rounded to be as comfortable as possible.

Actually some guys prefer non-flared as it allows the cylinder to go bone deep for maximum cock extension into the tube.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks for clearing that up for me Gprent (Y).

I guess you could always add a silicone strip to the base (or something similar) for comfort.

On the same subject. I was thinking about this earlier. If and when I pack my 2” cylinder, can that same cylinder now be used for length? Also, has people gained length when choosing a cylinder for girth, or does it not work that way?

Want to get all my information gathered in my head before I buy it :)

The fact is that pumping favors girth. The theory is that once you pack, there is only one direction for your cock to expand in and that is length. The fact is, that is not the most efficient way to stretch your cock for length and putting all of the vacuum pressure on just the head of your cock can lead to head blisters.

Even though pumping is mainly for girth, length gains do occur, because a gain in any direction usually involves a gain in all directions. But guys should not rely on pumping for the best way to make length gains.

I just love pumping and the way it feels and how huge it makes me overall. For me, it is the best PE exercise.

I want to achieve better stronger erections to help me with this I am trying mild jelqing, pumping, and tadaladfil 5mg every other day.
I am also trying to get fit healthy eating etc..
My ideal would be increased girth and length.

I hate to add more confusion to your decision process, but I prefer a flanged edge cylinder - see the LAP.com website for a picture. Or, silicone cushioned seal cylinder - see the PumpToys web site for a VelSeal picture. Not sure if these types of cylinders are available in the UK.

Thanks mate. I like the look of the seals. I take it they are flexible and can be inserted to any size of pump? Can’t see size differences.

They are fairly solid but could probably go up or down a size.

I am looking to buy a pump . I am 6.25x5 roughly . Would a 7x2 cylinder be good for me?

By learning from what I have read on this tread I think you need at least a 9” cylinder. I think somewhere on this tread mentioned that a cylinder size should be 3” longer than your erect length. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m a 7x5 and a 9x2 cylinder will fit me well, even though it should be a 10” long cylinder.

I don’t plan to reach 9” so it doesn’t bother me.

Thanks buddy, what about the diameter?

Depends what you are after. If you want length get a 1.75” diameter, if you want girth get the 2” diameter.

Want length, girth is easier to come by

Have ordered this to start of with, Power Up Penis Pump, comes wit a gauge, so hopefully it will be ok to be start.

Has anyone here bought a pump without ordering it from a website? Would prefer to not wait on shipping; especially since I can’t guarantee I will be the one the package is handed to. Or more importantly just the cylinder, I have plenty of aquarium equipment lying around the house I am sure I could get the vacuum to work BTW I am 4.25 EG so need a 1.5 cylinder according to the table if I am correct.
