Vacuum Pumping 101

The plastic brake bleeder pumps will break after a while. The internal seals get broken down from the vapours from whatever lube you use on your c0ck. You can get about 6 months out of one though.

The programmible electric pumps are awesome in that they not only provide vacuum, but can stimulate an errection with their pulsing actions. So it will coax a larger erection out of you.

I tihnk programmible electrics are the holy grail of PE Pumping, and I will write about it one day how this brought about gains when I’ve been stalled for years.

That’s what I’ve been doing so far and has worked well for me. From time to time though I might drop extending for a few days and pump only (Experiment with vacuum, duration). I did 2 hours of extending over that week and about 3 hours of pumping every day. When I tried extending yesterday I could add another full centimetre rod without any discomfort.

I’m not implying that a week of pumping added that stretched length, but it is peculiar how much faster it increased as opposed to my normal routine. Not to mention from a technique that is usually used for girth work.

Is there a difference (good or bad) at all when pumping at any pressure with an erection versus going in semi-flaccid? I’ve heard pumping at 3hg with an erection is excellent but does that same pressure apply when doing it semi-hard or near flaccid?

Anybody ever tried using a (small) electric blanket on top of the tube for constant heat?

Having a look as to whether I can find a smaller one that seems suitable.

Pump + Clamp

Someone have already tried to do a normal pump session 5hg and just after that do a clamp exercise?

Doing warm up (5 minutes), pumping (30 minutes), some jelqs and the 3x 10 minutes clamp.

Warm down in the shower in the end (1 minute).

What you guys think about this?

A good routine

Hey guys, I’m new to PE, and I’m looking for a good mild routine.

Avocet8 : I really like the way you think, take things lightly and worry about the health and long run more than the now.

I’m 21 years old and deal with mild ED, and PE, a low EQ and a slit curvature to the left as well.. Too early for all of this, I want to enjoy sex with my girlfriend like I did when I was 18 :(

I believe it all routs from damaging my penis at an early age and developing some plaque under the tissue.

I’m looking to start pumping with some manual exercises.

Avocet8 : would you be able to tell us your full routine, I was kind of lost threw out the post. Do you jelq in between pumping sets? Or warm up, lubricate, Pump for 10 minutes as a start, then cool off with massage and jelq.

If anyone els has any great tips, and feet backs I would truly appreciate it and I think everyone els looking for a good routine would too.

I’m looking to heal my, ED, PE, EQ, and gain some size while doing it. Any feed back would help me out lots

Is good to join the pump exercise with the clamp?
Or the best is to do pump sessions and between them to do the jelqs.

This some good advice. I’ve almost gained my goal in length, but not in girth.

Anyone ever get bad erection quality that sticks around for some time from pumping? I’ve pumped a total of three different times within the past 2 and a half weeks and all three times I only ever did about 3 sets of about 1-3 minutes each with no more than 5hg pressure then I would release the pressure.

The first 2 times I pumped I ended up Having great erection quality later in that day when having sex, but after the third time I ended up having very bad erection quality / problems like a slow erection that barely gets hard and needs constant stimulation to stay up and can’t get fully engorged like before and its been about a week now and been the same ever sense.

Never had any pain, numbness, or discoloration during any of those sessions. Do any of you guys know what could be the problem? Did I cause a venous leak? Rupture a vein/blood vessel / artery? Wouldn’t you feel pain of some sort if you’ve done damage to your penis?

I do feel a slight burning/ tingling sensation in my corpus spongiosum at the base and my penis does seem to be swollen and its been about a week. Can edema or lymphatic fluids stick around for over a week after pumping if you’re new at it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys thank you and sorry if I put this in the wrong place

An odd occurence happened after pumping. I only do 2 sets of pumping, 15 minutes each. I’m still getting erections but my foreskin at the tip is kind of white and feels moist. Nothing unusual but it feels spongy.

Might be using too much pressure. Anyway, I’m going to cut back. My pressure gauge actually broke while I was using it. Don’t know why it just stopped.

Yes they work quite well. Just remember to remove the blanket from the tube a minute or so before you plan to get out. That cylinder feels nice and warm but much hotter than you think.

Almost exactly three years ago today I received my Bib. Not long after I began using a CTC 4000 electric pump. Eventually, I developed a routine where I first hung and then pumped. During this time I have increased my erect volume from 12.162 to 25.216!

I have not posted because I did not have anything to contribute…until now. Sorry for the long post

A couple of months ago I started doing something that some have said can’t be done. I did this based upon information from a pm and from reading this thread at PEGym:

The above individual apparently puts oil in the tube and hangs weights straight down. I use air and cannot get a good enough seal to hang straight down. So I use a pulley system where the pulley hangs from a large hook screwed into a beam on the wall above my desk alcove. I use a heavy-duty nylon rope/line which is connected to the tube (double-looped around the tube) on one end and the weights are connected to an S hook on the other end. This arrangement allows me to sit in my chair and tilt my fat pad so it remains flush to the base of the tube.

Experimenting with different sized tubes I found that the 2.25” size is best for me. With this system I have been hanging up to 30 lbs. It is a little tricky but the bottom half of my shaft expands to the wall of the pump and holds the tube in place.
At higher weights I need to go up to 10 Hg to keep the tube sealed to my minimal fat pad—at least temporarily. After a few minutes of expanding in the tube I can usually reduce the pressure to 7.5 Hg without the tube breaking its seal. At lower weights of 17.5 lbs or less I usually start at 7.5 Hg and then can reduce to 5.0 Hg.

NOTE: Keep in mind that I am conditioned. Hanging with the Bib for three years using weights as high as 37 ½ lbs, and pumping for almost as long has been a learning and conditioning experience. Because of all this, I feel comfortable doing what I am doing. Others should only consider this routine at much lower pressure.

Even with my conditioning, at the higher pressures I usually use a gauze wrap over my glans and then place a plastic cap (from a small spray can) over the wrap and then place a silicone sleeve over everything to hold it all together (kind of like the LG hanger set-up). This helps protect the glans and the upper half of the shaft.

I also use ball rings for both low-hanging balls and to keep too much scrotal skin from filling the tube. Some skin is OK as it helps create the needed seal. When all the planets align, I have a huge dick and low hanging balls—the best of both worlds IMHO.

This is an awesome set-up! The combination of the pump expanding everything and the weights stretching the expanded cells is affording me an immense size. The volume increase mentioned at the beginning of this post is pre-pumping—and only after waiting until the next day. When I come out of the pump I am 7.1” flaccid length and 7” + flaccid girth, depending on where I measure along the shaft. This size slowly dissipates over the coming hours but still is large 24 hours later.

Because there are so many moving parts in all of this I will need to keep doing this for a while in order to determine permanence. But I can’t help thinking that the synergy of pumping and hanging may be a game changer—at least for me. I like a big fat flaccid—and a big fat erection!

When air pumping is it normal to get red dots. When I started PE I got them when jelqing but after 3 yrs of practice I don’t see them much now.

So why is it that pumping dose this still after 6 mths with 3 to 5 hg.
