First off, thank you for being here! After reading this entire thread, following most of the links and just wandering around I’ve learned so much.
That said:
I’ve been pumping since October, found Thunders in late November. Considering I started without knowing where to start, I think I’ve settled on a routine that revolves around pumping and small things will get added as I move along.
I was hoping to get some feedback on said routine:
-Warm up: 3-4 min dunked junk in tolerably hot water, then, stretch; up, left, right, and out.
-I “OK” jelq overhand and standard, lubed with light-medium grip @ 70%-95% erect; 10-20 times per hand per position.
-Water pump 75%-95% erect @ 3Hg for 15 minutes, with heating pad (water proof)
-Then 0Hg for 15 minutes, just a long warm rest while flaccid.
-Then water pump 75%-95% erect @ 3Hg for 15 minutes, again warmed.
-I end as erect as possible and massage lightly for a few minutes.
I’m currently doing three days on, one or two off, depending on my PI’s due to the following:
-The third day on: I usually add a home made adjustable cock (and balls) ring at the end of the session for 7 minutes, starting erect and kegeling until super hard. I do this in hopes of gaining girth.
Sometimes I won’t be ripping hard the day after this added step, however the second or third day, I usually have a penis made of steel between my legs, when erect of course.
So that’s my routine, I’m open to suggestions and/or constructive criticism.
