Everytime I manually change the pressure once I turn it off it goes back to when I first got it.

Not sure how to explain this but I have an idea for cylinder that is to wide. What about an inflatable insert around the penile shaft. Only fill it partially with air and then during pumping it fills the cylinder and then it grips the shaft. It would have to be very flexible but not explode under expansion.

Has anyone experimented with very low pumping pressures for long periods of time? Like watching a movie and leaving the pump on at a very low pressure, just enough to keep it extended for a few hours?

I read your thread great stuff. My idea was for something like a double walled balloon thingy that you could put your dick in and put it in the cylinder. I don’t know how to explain it. Kind of like a partially inflated blood pressure cuff that gets inflated by the vacuum of the pump. I wish I was better at explaining it.

I’ve read that you shouldn’t pump with a cock ring.

I bought a Thickwall’s cylinder and, with that, also a silicone sleeve/ring that you put in the base of the cylinder and allows you to have a better vacuum.
It works very good.. The fact, is that it also kind off feel like a medium/light tight cock ring.

Is that a no go?

Second question. I’ve noticed, after light pump (since I’ve just started with pumping, but It’s years I’ve been doing PE, so no a newbie) that the penis is darker.. But the discoloration fades in a couple of minutes after pumping. Is it normal?

I currently pump two hours a day at 2.5hg max. I started growing once I went past an hour. My flaccid is heavier and my veins are popping out in parts that never shown veins before.

I always been dedicated to my bath mate and never used a actual pump before but after reading through this thread I think its something I will do

If I’m 4.2 inch in girth what size cylinder do you recommend?

I have pumped off and on for really decades now, starting with rudimentary (“cheap”) systems, then advancing through the CTC computerized system and the incredibly noisy Kaplan electric pumps. I have used (and still use) a Bathmate for occasional shower use, but mainly now use a quality tube, low pressure, and a heated wrap. Up until I started carefully reading posts here, I fell into the “higher pressure must be better” camp, and often had the proverbial donut with residual loose skin for hours. After actually taking time to digest what the veterans here recommend, I started trying lower pressure, longer times, with heat. Although I still am experimenting, I find that pressures +/- 5 inHg work well, and actually the 10cmHG mark (my gauge shows both) may be optimal. I have tried 20 x 20 minute dual (back to back) sessions, but I think a single long session, or at least one longer session if doing a back to back, works well. And, the result is not a huge soft member as often was the prior case, rather I come out with a 6”-plus firm girth and an enormous head, and with no donut. Length may not be as pronounced, and I may try to drop to a smaller tube if I want to target length (I use a 2” tube now, VelSeal, no gasket, just flared base). Now that I am working from home for months and for the foreseeable future, I try to hit the pump with my coffee, then quickly go to the Phallosan ADS (XL bell needed) for gentle stretching for 4-6 hours, with removal/reapply every 2-3 hours. I may wear a neoprene ring to apply light constriction while in the ADS. When I remove the ADS entirely for the day I retain a high proportion of the girth, and do 100+/- helicopter stretches (alternating left and right hands/arms). The hang is incredible, and veins are pronounced, even flaccid. I need to do a better job measuring, I know to track.

So, low pressure and heat are the key, at least for me. I think this eliminates entirely any blister threat, and mostly eliminates the donut. If I am concerned about a longer session, I may take an older “condom” from the Phallosan and roll it from just under the ridge down over the frenulum to help prevent loose skin there. So far, so good.

I will try to report back as I go. But, I can only imagine how different things would now be had I learned this years ago.

How has stretching after pumping benefited your workouts? I noticed my best length gains came from pumping before and after stretching, but after stretching before pumping I am now gaining girth.

I had a slight set back and took a few days off, but am easing back in. It’s hard to answer your question as I probably don’t have enough time into it yet. I have little doubt some stretching pre-pump (followed by ADS) could help, as I think you said you had been doing. For me, the ADS as I described (low tension Phallosan for 6 hours or so) post low pressure heated pumping is showing results in immediate flaccid length and girth, and good EQ with popping veins. Of course some of the hang post ADS retracts, but I think is starting to be longer term. I just know the post-pump stretching via ADS seems to retain much of the pumped girth throughout the stretch time.

A little late to the party perhaps for a reply. Personally I used to do that and have stopped all together, pretty much only do short burst at higher pressure now, 2-3 times a day for 10-20 minutes at most ranging from 7-15 hgs (dynamic pumping as well so not a steady 15).

I noticed I got way more edema when doing long sessions, even at lower pressures. To be fair though my lower was still probably 4-5 hgs so not exactly super “low”. Doing these shorter burst ive pretty much eliminated any edema or low EQ in the hours directly after pumping, again something i noticed more when doing long sessions.

This is not to really say that one way is better than the other however; just that i generally see the long and low as a much more common method around pumping and always feel the need to chime in with my antithesis to the status-quo. I really think some level of experimentation by the individual is needed, some people just respond to different things in different ways. I seemed to hit my stride once i started going to higher Hgs in much much shorter burst than the other way around; and ive seen a few others share the same. But for some people it can cause instant edema and spotting the second they traverse over 5-7hgs.

Hello! I’m new to the forums but have done on and off PE for the last 8 years. Pumping, stretching, jelqing and hanging.

I tried to search an answer to my next question but couldn’t find one. Hope some of you could help me out.

Is it better to pump and jelq tube so you are on the edge of cumming through the session but not going all the way, or is it enough just to get right pressures and let the vacuum do the job? I have noticed that when pumping with porn and jelqing my dick is rock hard after a session for a long time but when letting the pump do its job without porn and jelqing I often go flaccid fairly quickly after I stop pumping. In both cases I use 4-5inHg pressure.

However, using this jelqing and porn technique I have healthy and solid erections but do you get same results just by pumping with right pressure? Main focus is still going harder erections and bigger shaft.

I’ve been using the vacurect as I was able to pick it up for a nice discount.. No gauge so I’ve been careful using it. The one problem I keep experiencing is that the pump keeps taking in a bit of my scrotal sack and it gets really uncomfortable after a while. I will move on to a pump with a gauge but for now any general tips on dealing with this? I’ve used less lube, held the constriction ring up a little, tried a smaller ring.. No difference. Not sure what I’m doing wrong to be honest. Thought I’d see if you guys had any tips, otherwise I’ll contact the distributor and look for alternatives
