Vacuum Pumping 101

Thanks for the replies guys.

I read here about a pumped up unit after pumping in many posts. How long does that typically last?

Immediately after pumping I get a nice looking hang. (What I wish it looked like all of the time.)
But that goes away within minutes. Is that an indication of not doing something correctly? Or is the cock ring thing always present but sometimes just implied?

I think there are two answers. First, if you overdo it, that puffy donut look can last hours. That can make for difficult explanations if you plan to put it to use. Second, if done so as to avoid the lymph and donut build up, in my experience even though it may look like it has subsided, if you put it to use much of the size returns over the next several hours.
As for rings, I use pretty loose ones in order to not just cut off blood flow entirely. They are along the lings of the gasket type. You can use tighter ones for the between pump set times, but I wouldn’t use a tight on just for long periods after. If you do, make sure to take it off and get new blood going! You may also consider getting/using something like the Stealth system that is basically a compression sleeve you can put on post-pump that will help keep the unit extended for longer periods. That can be worn pretty much all day after. I know one theme that cuts across a number of posts/methods is the benefit of keeping elongated post-work out.

KR, I think I’m working into a low-pressure-only routine. There are too many downsides of pressuring up. So, yes, the latter.

Interesting. I’ve contemplated cutting a tube to make it adjustable. Acrylic, polycarbonate, or whatever it is isn’t my forte, so I’m not familiar with how it behaves when worked on. Never considered distorting it with my heat gun.

Hi I’m new here. Got to jump through the hoops to qualify for posting. I bought a pump from the sex store, the largest they have. Judging by the information on this forum I picked the right diameter but it is too short. I want to buy a better pump, a custom length. Can someone recommend a good supplier. I want to see what my options are. I need international shipping to NZ.

And yet you successfully posted your message, even while whining. There are no hoops. There are no restrictions to responding to any post in any thread. Vacuum pumping question problems with erection

Greetings to all the members of the forum who read this reply. English is not my native, so I apologize for the mistakes I might let slip though my eyes.

I am also not sure if this is the right thread to ask that question, sorry If I am being irrelevant here, I just am a relative newbie on this forum. Pavel, 19 yo.

The question: I have been using penis pump + jelking on and off for almost 2 years. At first, doing only the beginners routine (jelk + manual stretches), I was satisfied with what pumping gave me: increased blood flow, stronger erection and in a couple of weeks I noticed that I gained 1cm just sort of from the better stronger erection (bought a Leluv cylinder + pump as I was advised). I also implemented the angio method for a little bit, it really worked out my erection, too.

So then what happened was I think I got too cocky and hungry for gains and started increasing the time and the pressure as I go, not following any program. Implementing Uli exercise. It was nothing crazy (with water in, up to 5Hg first 10-20 minutes of the set and 6 Hg maximum for additional 3-8 minutes of the set) 1-2 sets depending on how it felt (2nd set being the same time, or shorter) but it was too much for a guy who’s been doing it for only 2-3 months.

My gains started to fade, as I was overtraining, getting hard flaccids. Not a lot of blood leaks under the skin, almost none (1-2 times I noticed a spot up to 3x3 or 5x5mm, it resolved quickly). So I let it rest for a week, then start again. Then the same things happens over and over, because my stupidity didn’t let me follow the program, I was overtraining every week or two. So then I quit pumping for like 5 months to let it completely recover and because I was mad at myself..

Recover it never did fully, my erection started to get worse than when I started pumping, I wasn’t able to perform 50% of the times, It just didn’t go up, or did but for a very short time. Like the blood flow isn’t enough, or the “vein valves” are not closing up - blood flows out. Feels more like the 2nd case.

I have not seen the professional as I was and am embarrassed, mad and I am 19, so I didn’t think ED could hit me..

Most days I am unable to perform. I use the pump 1 day on, 1 off, with the pressure not higher than 4-5Hg for 15-20 minute sets(1-2). I have occasional morning erections (not every day, but 1 in 2-3 days). I train hard at the gym for three years, I also had high blood pressure my whole life, the problem started to resolve with me using the medicine prescribed.

I would like to hear your opinion and criticism on that, what I should/should not do, try and implement to help my erection get back.. If it’s not already in need for an operation to close the veins that don’t work properly as they “leak blood through the valves”. I at least hope I haven’t messed it up to that point yet.

With respect to the members of thunders place.

Any differences I should be aware of between pumping uncut vs cut (I am the former)? I get the impression that most of you guys are circumcised. Specifically, should I be more concerned about donutting because I’m uncut?

You should enter retracted, but if you do not do it, the suction will do it for you.

I do it 100% erect, so pulled back. I’m not sure if it makes any difference, but it just seems uncomfortable if I don’t.
