Hi. It’s been a while since I was active. Been doing some PE again lately and was looking into getting a penis pump. I’ve read through the forums and a lot of people talk about the bathmate. I would appreciate any advice on what pumps I should look at if you have any. Preferebly not too expensive!

Thickwall.co.uk are excellent. I have used them exclusively now for years.

I would personally not advise a pump/cylinder without a guage.

I agree, definitely one with a gauge. I started without a gauge and over did it within the first week.

Since you live in Sweden, thickwall is you best bet and they are excellent pumps. Get their starter package and use our sizing chart to get the correct size cylinder: Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Right, thanks! I’m also looking at a Bathmate HydroXtreme, do you know anything about them? Do they come with a gauge? If I were to get one I dont really know what size I should get.. The HydroXtreme9 says that it’s for 7"-9", but don’t you want a pump that is a tad bigger when you’re just under the "required" limit? I don’t know if that is just for NBPEL use or what? If so, I should be looking into getting the HydroXtreme7, right?

Do not get a Bathmate! They don’t have a pressure gauge! Didn’t you see that when you looked at it?

I did. But the reviews makes me want it! I’ve looked around at the forums here to see what others are saying, and it seems like water pumping is superior to regular pumping. Is that true you think? Can’t you just buy a gauge for the bathmate?

No, you can’t buy a gauge for a Bathmate.

When you first start pumping you want to be at a pressure of just 3 to 4inhg. (inhg is inches of mercury) A Bathmate can easily take you to 13 to 15inhg with just a couple of pumps and that will cause instant injury in the form of ruptured capillaries in the form of red spots and then bruising. Your cock unfortunately is very bad at detecting unsafe pressure levels especially in the nice warm water environment of a Bathmate.

I understand. Thank you for the explanation. What is your experience using pumps? Have you gained anything from it that you know of? Assuming that you have pumped that is.

I ordered . Can they be used like a water pump aswell or are they solely for vacuum pumping?
