Pretty much going to do the hanging, 3 week minimum, then measure, and _maybe_ add some extras, but if the hanging is showing some increases, TG suggests KISS theory and just keep on the hanging protocols (1 on, 1 off) until it slows or stops growth. So I can know how my unit is responding to each thing. I used the SHOTGUN Method before, and while I did well, I was likely doing a lot of wasted effort. When I went into a poor “maintenance mode” I was still just doing it hit and miss, and eventually just quit, Big Mistake! :(
I am even going to start with a low weight and work up slowly. Starting Target is 5# because I was doing 12# before, I do not think I can start much lower and do anything positive. I’m basing this on my current MEG, I believe I need at least 5# to get a good stretch. I was doing ADS at over 2# back in the day! Also going to impose a 5hr limit on my ADS, once I get that going again. TG says that is a good number, and it jives with my prior experiences. EQ was great with a little less ADS. If you can go to running commando and get a good Flaccid Hang, semi-erect condition, I believe it’s a good sign that your unit is responding positively. I usually ignored PIs and just forged ahead, I likely left a lot of gains on the table! :(
