Grapefruit Juice has an enzyme that blocks stomach acid from destroying Viagra and Cialis, and IMO, many other supplements that one can take. It is proven by medical science for the Viagra type pills.

I have a lot of good things to say about the Xsleeve. Just don’t overdo it. Most of what the other user said is true but you lose the benefit when you take wear times past 5 hours in my experience. It was my go to ADS.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Mostly turtling and sweat irritation. Also, the fluid buildup and distended glans face at the tip that comes with it. Cold shaft, glans issues. Big EQ drops for some time after removal.

I relied on the free hanging weights, as the leg strap tended to move too much and break the seal. Used to be 3 steel weights he sold (the heaviest he stopped selling) and I ran mostly with the middle and lightest metal weights. Having too much sleeve rolled up caused irritation I couldn’t deal wiry more than 90 minutes. So I’d have it roll pretty much exactly the flaccid stretched length and have none rolled up if I did it right. Went through a ton of sleeves, honestly.

When you tuck, are you lying on your stomach or back? Will either direction work?

I believe you’re referring to the “Fowfers” stretch which is recommended to keep tissues extended. I’ve seen no harm in those who regularly do them so go ahead.

Side, or stomach. I have done it on my back, but I need to get a good grip on my unit to keep it from slithering back under my leg ;) Sometimes I do get a hand on it for extra “tug”, when lying on my side. Eventually I loosen up but the legs still keep the pressure on. Kinda like sitting cross-legged, like a lady ;)

2BigAlready, have you decided on a routine yet? I’m looking to get back into extender work. Like you, I took a break and have been doing some light PE work and edging over the past couple months to increase my EQ, to much success.

Pretty much going to do the hanging, 3 week minimum, then measure, and _maybe_ add some extras, but if the hanging is showing some increases, TG suggests KISS theory and just keep on the hanging protocols (1 on, 1 off) until it slows or stops growth. So I can know how my unit is responding to each thing. I used the SHOTGUN Method before, and while I did well, I was likely doing a lot of wasted effort. When I went into a poor “maintenance mode” I was still just doing it hit and miss, and eventually just quit, Big Mistake! :(

I am even going to start with a low weight and work up slowly. Starting Target is 5# because I was doing 12# before, I do not think I can start much lower and do anything positive. I’m basing this on my current MEG, I believe I need at least 5# to get a good stretch. I was doing ADS at over 2# back in the day! Also going to impose a 5hr limit on my ADS, once I get that going again. TG says that is a good number, and it jives with my prior experiences. EQ was great with a little less ADS. If you can go to running commando and get a good Flaccid Hang, semi-erect condition, I believe it’s a good sign that your unit is responding positively. I usually ignored PIs and just forged ahead, I likely left a lot of gains on the table! :(
