I’m a newbie to PE and I’ve been doing a lot of research on Thunder’s,, clamping, edging/ballooning, ADS, extenders.
I didn’t take any starting measurements and still have not taken any. I’ve been doing to newbie program for about 2 weeks now and have already noticed appearance gains in flaccid length, girth and weight. I wet jelq in the shower but apparently didn’t use enough lube and got a skin abrasion, so I’ve had to nix it until I’m healed. But still continuing to stretch. Also I’ve worn a cock ring for a majority of the all in order to keep my flaccid unit semi engorged (tunica stretching essentially).
I recently purchased a ESL40 leg strap ADS and a Male Edge Pro extender. How would I go about implementing these devices into a successful routine? Goals are primarily length and if girth is a by product that will be cool. Secondary goal is girth after desired length is achieved.
