In the maintenance sessions have been incorporating Far IR heat with low load traction and am discovering greater terminal strain and enhanced EQ because of the lower load.

Hmmm.

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

I should add some details.

Extender with Thermedic far IR heat pad

2.5 minutes move extender to down position.
5 minutes reset glans to forward position taking advantage of initial stress relaxation, this increased the load some.
7.5 minutes back out 7 half turns
10 minutes back out 7 half turns
12.5 minutes back out 7 half turns
15 minutes back out 7 half turns to achieve terminal load, apply thermedic heat pad, secure with velcro at 2 points, run on high.
35 minutes turn heat pad off and then back on to bypass the 30 minute cut off timer
60 minutes back out 12 turns to add load to offset tugback during cool down, turn unit off.
65 minutes remove heat pad to allow further cooling
67 minutes take measurement, remove heat pad.

Some context this is a low maintenance load. 3 times a week and we are seeing greater terminal strain and enhanced EQ.

If Kyrpa et al. read this, I’m sure in will be interpreted as evidence that I was using too much load previously or at the very least used too aggressive of a progressive load protocol either in session and or over time and it’s hard to argue against it.

Well, my friend you know the company politics. As of today it has gone even more on the softer side.

We remember well how I got terrified you hitting beyond the maximum spring compression at some point.

In fact, some may concider the maintenance of this sort, being as hard it goes during the actual gaining campaign.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)
