60 minutes @ 100%, session tension at 15 minutes

Felt a little pinch on the one side turned out to be uneven backing out of the tension screws. So I rescheduled a planned hook up from yesterday to today as I was wiped from work and not feeling it. I’m curious about EQ on a day where a full 60 minutes of traction occurred, we’ll see.

Right now targeting May 7th to transition to maintenance, depending on how this and the next 2 weeks go. Essentially we’re already transitioning but in some way the effort gets pulled back.

Started my summer cut yesterday, got to have abs for the summer. For those of you who haven’t experienced it, being jacked really elicits a profound reaction and being older I can attest, it persists.

I thought I saw fluid so I discontinued the session. Turns out it was just the lighting as I seldom do a session at night. Thing is I was a bit paranoid as the last time I did a double session the previous day led to a blister. Maybe resume on Monday or maybe give it a rest and then do a final push. Had a fantastic stretch going.

Ok so we’re back on track. I was somewhat perplexed by the difficulties of the previous few days, but reviewing my log it seems clear that the 2 hour long sessions on 4/30 appear to be the cause. I suspect that when doubling up and keeping that duration, the next day probably needs to be a rest day. Just another thing to keep in mind for future programming if we try multiple daily sessions in the future, we’d probably need to pull back the session duration or tension.

Probably need to extend this campaign an extra week or two, to consolidate. In any event ,it’ll be a hard stop and transition to maintenance at the very latest by the end of this month.
