Best session yet!!! Finished session with tissues at glans attachment in excellent shape. So just 4 days into 78% there is anecdotal improvement. So I’m thinking in 17 days we’ll see about increasing the tension another 6%.

Anecdotally best I can measure, a 6% increase in tension while maintaining the position in the cradle translates to ~ 1mm. What this means is a rate of gain of ~ 11/16” of stretched length over the course of a year, providing there are no diminishing returns. This means tremendous discipline to thread the needle of enough tension and duration to maintain continuous adaptation without going over and getting a protective response and then still only realizing 11/16” in a year.

I don’t mean to temper expectations as I am a strong advocate of this process in particular with regards to preventative maintenance and optimizing function especially as we’re aging. But for those looking for a short order monster member, you’re likely to hamstring yourself.

And for those looking for this to assist them in their sexual prowess, honestly you’re better off looking to learning how to talk to women and getting abs. That will get you laid way more than optimizing your cock and will take a lot less time.

It’s incredible to me how this process reveals how impatient I am. Things are going fine, I just want them to go faster. LOL I don’t see myself doing this come summer, so what ever me accomplish by memorial day will be it and then I’ll go on maintenance till next winter. I think then I’d like to explore the concept of shorter more frequent sessions. As in say 10 sessions a week of 45 minutes with 30 minutes of time under tension per session. Thinking in the summer remodeling time period to just do 45 minute sessions tucked in maybe 5-6 times per week but with out any increases in tension. We’ll see.

Even though I have a date night tomorrow decided not to take the day off as I had the time and I really don’t want to lose momentum here towards the end game with summer coming. I reviewed the log and found that the highest EQ measures occurred when I did the final session on the morning the day before evening intimacy so I think by tomorrow evening we’ll be golden.

I want to see what progress we make in a couple of weeks being mindful of hitting a point of diminishing returns, at which point I will transition to maintenance.

I pushed the tension a little and checked the measurement and we’re a little over 22cm stretched length in the extender, so I’m optimistic that the short term goal gets reached at 100% max tension. But I’m probably 10 weeks out. I am running into a little bit of a problem with girth, but it’s still manageable - just something to keep an eye on.

Interesting session. Once initially attached the extender soon after lowered on it’s own indicating an accommodation so we reset at 2.5 minutes and realized session tension a12.5 minutes in. This was the best session yet based on the condition of the glans tissues at the end of the session. We have yet to hit a wall but I want to be careful here not to push the tension too fast and create a protective response. I really need to stay at 84% for a couple more weeks.

The overarching goal remains to continue till I get to 100% or until I hit a wall. However I will stop at 100% even if I have not hit a wall take some good length readings and then switch to a maintenance program for ~ 8 months.

The only thing is that I want to experiment with shorter more frequent sessions and I may do that as part of the initial maintenance while keeping the tension fixed. There’s always factors to sort out whenever introducing new variables and I think I’d like to do that while it’s still fresh on my mind. Basically I want to explore the utility of 2 shorter sessions with total time under tension of 60 minutes with a break in between sessions, compared to the hour long session we’re doing now with 45 minutes of time under tension. I’m wondering if the tissues are more accommodating when a break is introduced. This should be relatively easy to figure if I proceed with the experiment immediately after completing this run.
