How often do you measure? It would be awesome to see your numbers at some point in a chart to produce a statistical analysis of the process and results.
I measure very infrequently. When I first started, I did so because of an injury which caused a small indentation and I was concerned about peyronies and started with an extender. Intuitively I took measurements of the session max stretched length in the extender with a tape measure. I experienced very rapid progress on length and only later came across Thunder’s. PE was not a goal of mine, so the results were a surprise and thought it would be relevant to Thunder’s so reported it.
At that time measuring was widely discouraged here as that was thought to lead to behaviors that proved injurious and counter to what was needed for success. So I accepted that point of view and so seldom measure.
There is another factor though that in my case complicated assessment of progress. Initially I had rapid newbie length gains which dissipated but i found myself needing increasingly larger(wider) condoms. Because I was so ignorant about PE in general, I did not recognize that the generic ebay extender that I was using was having a mild clamping effect which led to unanticipated girth gains. First at the base and then through out.
And being largely oblivious to that going on I surely did not measure that progress. Moreover, I’m by default a no fap kind of guy and I’m not into porn either, no edging, so my posture doesn’t lend itself to measuring.
The base of the extender I’m using presently has a larger girth so that is not an issue now.
Also I don’t want much for additional girth gains, from an intimacy experience point of view I’m starting to butt up to the limit and this coincides with what clinicians are reporting as the useful limit @ ~ 15.1 CM which is ~ 2 standard deviations larger than average.
The other problem too is that The method of extending for me has continued to evolve, in terms of more efficient attachments and so IMO the method was not consistent enough until very recently to provide any data that would have been useful.
Given that my focus is on length and given that the method with which I am measuring very precisely captures the treatment effect I quite honestly haven’t cared about the rest of it.
I do think that the qualitative discussions I have shared are very useful and could provide guidance so that one could ramp up much more quickly in the precision of their methods.
I respect what you guys are doing and do a large degree, I am looking to that work from you guys to provide those answers.
