60 minutes @ 100% session tension at 17.5 minutes.
Good glans condition at end of session, so it looks like we are on track to complete this campaign on the 28th. That said based on the fact that the noose change added tension to the system, I imagine that the first 6 weeks of maintenance will retain an active component, but overall the effort will be to maintain the 22+cm max stretched length in the extender during the extended remodeling period, without adding length or tension to the traction device.
I’m inclined to accept the ~ 240 days that it takes for collagen to fully remodel. Or at the very least that 6+ months that the literature posits. So towards the end of the year - early part of next year I’ll do another campaign as much as anything to see if there are further diminishing returns after a full remodeling and only a 4 month campaign next time, just enough to get that answer.
Some talk about goals and limits and my anecdotal experiences whilst adding to the conversation are just too random. This article in which there were 4 cases of neophallus girth which did not allow for penetrative vaginal or anal sex, is about as objective as I have found, in citing the range of 17.6+/-1.3cm as problematic, to the point in which the patients required a revision. What that tells me is that there was an instance on the low end of girth of ~ 6.41" in which penetrative sex becomes problematic. And while an "n" of 4 is low, it gives us a qualitative range of concern.
Look I’m sure that if one started or wound up with such endowment and in a committed relationship accommodations could be achieved, but it strikes me that we’re pushing the margin. And I’m of the opinion that the suggested limit of 5.9" of girth is prudent.
Why that is relevant to me is that while not engaging in any girth work, it has been none the less forth coming and has recently become appreciably challenging on occasion in use.

I think the biggest benefit to all this is health, to maintain/optimize health or to offset any negative impacts. Purely conjecture on my part because I don’t ever see that a longitudinal controlled study of traction or pumping will ever be done. But the vast clinical results here are sufficient for me.
When I think PE I think in terms of penile enhancement, as in the enhancement of penile health, function, size and esthetics. A much broader view than "enlargement" suggests.
