Today I actually perceived that the noose was slipping which explains the reduced duration the last 10 days. Figured it was either the noose or the cradle. Cheap equipment works but doesn’t hold up as well. Haven’t wanted to switch to the X4 yet as I want to get a measurement without changing variables.

I had bought a bunch of replacement nooses but they were slightly thicker and were too tight but I thought I would check to see if the the cradle holes would accommodate now and they did. The thicker noose held the glans well forward in the cradle and retained the position throughout the session, so I think we’re good to go. Just need to be careful ramping up the tension since we’re in a forward position. And it might take longer at this extender length.

Well that went better than expected. The new thicker noose is making for a much more secure attachment and is holding the glans well forward in the cradle. The renewed confidence in the equipment has me refocused on the path ahead.

That was not easy. but we are on a roll, just need a little caution as the new setup has the glans sitting more forward in the cradle, so don’t want to overdue it on tension. I’m seriously thinking about a third session later with low tension, will assess the condition of the glans. That’s going to be the limiting factor. I definitely
have lost some conditioning at the base, because the equipment was not allowing for a sustained effort. But that usually improves quickly.

This is kind of crazy to have stumbled on this thicker noose modification and to have realized this kind of improvement of the system, but yes we got 3 hours in today with relative ease a great jump start back up here. Now we’ll have to see how the glans recovery is by the morning, but it’s early in the day so I am optimistic.

Well forward in the cradle. Conditioning at base improved. Thinking the revised target date is still achievable. Have accelerated the discipline on the meal plan and have upped the volume on the aerobics and the weightlifting and the weight is stripping off. Not sure how much more I need to lose but it isn’t very much, I don’t think 10 lbs, so this gets done now.

Things are going really well again. Glans is well forward in the cradle and we’re slowly creeping up the tension. I did obtain some new nooses through aliexpress and tried that out today and those worked great. The material is slightly softer and easier to work with. I went on the sight to order more but they are out off stock. Fortunately I ordered 5 so I’m in really good shape now with replacement nooses so no need to alter anything, just got to do the work.

If they get them back in stock I’ll order more and post a link as these are the best I’ve come across. I did order more from another supplier, I’ll report on those when they arrive. I suppose it’s kind of silly when I have a new X4 which is much better quality, but I feel on the verge of breaking new ground and don’t want to alter anything. I think this is the best equipment setup I’ve had to date and I’m convinced there will be improved efficiency going forward.

While I have gained renewed enthusiasm, I am still unwilling to do materially more than tucking it in. Yesterday evening at 45 minutes I simply did not want to continue, so while I may be in a position on occasion to get up to 17 sessions a week, I don’t think 17 hours is doable for me I simply don’t have that level of commitment or time availability. At 7 hours a week nothing seems to happen, 10-14 hours a week yield something for sure.

I think I’ll target ~14 hours a week, or qualitatively what ever I can tuck in so it does not become a chore.

Fat pad reduction/leaning up is going great, I’m doing ~ 2.75-3 hours of aerobics a week and 3 days of light weightlifting and following a meal plan. This is the lightest I’ve weighed in about 4-5 years. And I’m very motivated to take it to the next level of lean.

So it’s a matter of balance as I don’t have unlimited time.

Working on all of it. A signature haircut, grooming, the physique, fitness, an enhanced sexual mindset and optimization of the member. Working on delivering the full package. And it’s something, really a small something, that I do for myself against the backdrop of the vast majority of my time, that is done for others.
