Average is about an hour a day, but that includes the days off. If those are excluded it comes to ~ 1:15/day. I’ve clocked 743 hours total. Given the method that I’m doing optimal would be about 2 hour long sessions a day because that’s all the glans can take, also it seems that if I’m not getting ~ 10 sessions a week, progress stalls. Sessions close to an hour seem to work better than multiple shorter sessions. Post session fatigue seems to correlate with times of progress.

Well today we got the attachment right and exerted discipline on the tension and got the 62.5 minutes. I’m coming into a time period here where I’ll be on my own for the next 2 weeks except for date night on Saturday, so it was really important to not be overzealous and get things back on track to capitalize on the privacy.

Intimacy continues to reveal new realities and responsibilities. Do not dismiss the writings of those that have gone down this path before. An enhanced instrument does not come without complications and in the heat of passion you can not simply default to baseline and think all will go well. A new set of skills will have to be acquired. I like to think of myself as skilled, but in this new reality, on occasion I am finding myself to be lacking. It is humbling. Pay attention as you go, make sure this is a path you want to continue to travel.

And this notion that it is all good for the woman is foolish. It is both good and bad and it falls entirely on you to make it mostly good. You better want that responsibility because it will be entirely yours.

The other thing I’ve been thinking about is that it is probably a good idea to be modest in your goal and adjust upwards reluctantly. The problem with this endeavor as thoughtfulgold has stated emphatically is that those that gain don’t stop.

Short term goal was achieved in January and was based on a “restoration” concept. At that point I established a long term goal of adding 1” to the extender and this was based loosely on statistical observations of the upper threshold of what I have seen reached in the extender and to explore whether I would reach a plateau, which I have a curiosity about.

Women are interesting in that they don’t want to admit that they like something for fear of being regarded in a particular way. Sometimes a protest is feigned to cover such a judgment.
