Not sure whey I didn’t get the full hour, had a good attachment, maybe the noose is done. I still haven’t converted to the X4 maybe it’s time, or maybe the late 60 minute session yesterday impacted today’s morning session.

Noting this here a full low tension session 2 hours before intimacy, is not optimal for EQ. Wasn’t horrible but we’re not going to get to throbbing, with that treatment. Better to stick with just a morning session or take the day off all together. At least that’s what I’ve observed so far, probably need more data points though.

More feedback, persistent pussy soreness, couple days after. So the issue of responsibility regarding getting to full arousal, extends to post intimacy issues, frequency limitations, new waters to navigate. There’s intermittent feedback along the way, but then there seems to be a threshold and the floodgates are opened.

I can not tell you how much I appreciate, you turning my head to look at the road.

And well, there’s other stuff too that you’ve said that I see coming. But that has more to do with internal constructs, the revealing and shedding of additional levels of conformist dispositions. I would proffer that daring to touch the wet paint, is an improvement. It’s to get to the question what is it exactly that I’m fighting here.

And the endpoint is already screaming at me: It’s to not give a fuck, so you can precisely go after what you desire.

I said it to you but I say it enough.

Getting bigger has its responsibilities. It comes with changes but the biggest you can be is only as big as you can effectively deal with the consequences. I always stress 8x6” is bigger than most women want because many guys want to be optimum for womej but if you have goals and are willing to accept what comes with them…the sky is the limit to your personal body choices.

I don’t decry anyone’s goals. Just the view that bigger than 8x6” is still simple and easy to use with the majority of women. If you accept what comes with it, any size is viable. It’s mental above all.

Date night tonight so I cut it short, I want to gain some data points on the day’s work impact on EQ. I have experimented with taking the day off and I already know that EQ comes roaring back. I’ve also done a session of max tension for 60 minutes and EQ seemed to fall off but that was when the overall time under tension was robust. I’ve also seen periods of time where just one session a day brings EQ back so I want to parse it a little. I want to see, maybe 30 minutes in the morning is okay.

There’s a lot to parse here and I don’t understand it all. I remember one time where intimacy was completely unplanned as I didn’t expect company and had done some 3 hours of work that day and yet the EQ was ridiculous. So this is a whole other area that I want to explore especially down the road when the focus shifts, but it’s good to gain data points as the process is complex to decipher.

Also I’m going to push out the next target to May 24th which coincides with what will be a forced decon. The ~ three and a half weeks additional should be plenty of time and I don’t want to be pressured on this. I was supposed to take a measurement in January, but the location of where I do this work changed and never did. Maybe I will on the May 24th target date. But I’ve also realized that it will be 2 years since I last measured on July 21st, so maybe I’ll wait till then. Or maybe I’ll measure on both dates.

Truth be told I’ve been avoiding measuring, but that has shifted now, with the shifting mindset, I welcome it now. But I do like to correlate it to consolidated length on the extender, so probably on the target date May 24th.

It’s actually interesting I hadn’t looked at it:

Last year

January 26th- 3 days off in a row
January 7th - 8 days off in a row.
June 9th - 3 days off
July 4th - 5 out of 6 days off
August 10 - 4 days off in a row
August 31st - 5 days off in a row

Thanksgiving was 5 days, Labor day was 7 days total but not in a row .Usually around all the holidays I take 5-7 days off.

I do miss a lot of days. I missed 111 days out of ~ 768 last time I checked it.

Usually the early part of the year is when I’m most consistent, but it wasn’t the case this year.

Yes.

So EQ was not great yesterday, but I have to say that my head was not in it, so I mostly took care of the girl and wrapped things up. It was a lovely evening and probably good to go to a light touch once in a while. But on the EQ issue what I’m going to do is make a small notation of how the EQ was and whether I was into it and see if there is a correlation with various traction protocols.

Actually an issue came up yesterday and had me thinking, because I’m looking at being in a long distance relationship, which is apparently troubling to some. But I’ve always been this way where I tend to get my head into sex and go to it 2-3 times over a couple days and then I’m not interested for a while. I think it’s a personality thing where I need periods of solitude. So when making assessments of EQ the mental aspect really needs to be considered, maybe especially in my case because that seems to be a overwhelming factor.
