Consistency
Hi guys, I’m making this log in an effort to hold myself more accountable in my PE endeavors.
I’ve done PE exercises seriously for a couple years on-and-off (more off than on). I have trouble sticking with it for longer than a couple months. I’m hoping that interacting with a community will help me be more consistent.
My first goal is to develop a habit of PE. For the first couple months, I will be more concerned with frequency of training rather than results.
Goal #1: Train every single day for the rest of 2015. Whether this is 5 minutes of easy jelqing or a full clamping session, I will do at least a little every day to make this a habit. Results follow consistency.
Goal #2: Grow my penis to 8x6+. I have no real time frame for this.
