Girth work has been: generic clamping, cock coffin, rolling pin compressions and most recently, the Nice Vice; best results have been with the Nice Vice. Regarding P phase for girth work: yes I agree, it is trickier than with length work; I use a home-made ball zinger (with saline solution) that delivers 0.9 V, as well as low dose (~5mg) daily generic Cialis (Iron Dragon, thank you for the recommendation gprent) to keep a mild engorgement post-session; in tandem, they work great for that purpose.
The 100+ lb. sets are for short durations, 5-10 minutes, done for SKF and lig stretching purposes.

What you explained there have complete sense for me and, as you said, there are a lot of evidences here of that is, at least factually, true.
There are two extra considerations about this issue I’d like to comment:
I wonder if one more thing that can help a prolongated girth growth is the force distribution throughout the fibers. I mean, when it comes to girth, the strength may be more balanced along the whole fiber, whereas in longitudinal work (even considering fulcrum stretching), there are sectors of the fibers which are more stressed than others.
On the other hand, concerning your explanation about the ‘discreetness’ of the girth work, and thus a lower interference phenomena between fibers bundles and the fibers, I think that another way of viewing this could be that the number of longitudinal fibers (so the number of their bundles) might be smaller than the transversal ones.. So it’d be easier to separate them (or spray).
Very interesting also that Vice Nice, I had seen somewhere a similar device for crushing the penis while clamped, but I thing this is better since one can controll the blood flow from the base to the shaft by means of what you explained there. I’m more interested on gaining width so this seems to be perfect. Have you noticed any vertical girth lose?
Regarding what you’ve shown about girth P phase, it’s almost as scaring as amazing for me, due to the fact that I’d rather prefer not to use pills (and actually I’m afraid it might get even more subtil the threshold between I and P phase). I’m not very handy, but anyway I’ll try to improve some solution (or mixture) by means of your helpful and original samples.
By the way, have you used the magnets also due to their fields or only because the strength they accomplish is suitable?
