Sure; it’s a Velcro fastened wristband with 18 neodymium magnets from a Homedics Thera-P wrap (like this: https://www.goo gle.com/search? … tml%3B315%3B280 ) placed into the space between the outer and inner surfaces of the wristband and sown into place (if they’re not sown in place, they’ll pull into each other). Here’s a couple of pictures to help the description makes sense (I hope!):

Girth work has been: generic clamping, cock coffin, rolling pin compressions and most recently, the Nice Vice; best results have been with the Nice Vice. Thanks for your accurate and complete reply, furthermore excusses for not having read through before that interesting information I did’t know. It’s just about what I meant.

What you explained there have complete sense for me and, as you said, there are a lot of evidences here of that is, at least factually, true.
There are two extra considerations about this issue I’d like to comment:
I wonder if one more thing that can help a prolongated girth growth is the force distribution throughout the fibers. I mean, when it comes to girth, the strength may be more balanced along the whole fiber, whereas in longitudinal work (even considering fulcrum stretching), there are sectors of the fibers which are more stressed than others.
On the other hand, concerning your explanation about the ‘discreetness’ of the girth work, and thus a lower interference phenomena between fibers bundles and the fibers, I think that another way of viewing this could be that the number of longitudinal fibers (so the number of their bundles) might be smaller than the transversal ones.. So it’d be easier to separate them (or spray).

Very interesting also that Vice Nice, I had seen somewhere a similar device for crushing the penis while clamped, but I thing this is better since one can controll the blood flow from the base to the shaft by means of what you explained there. I’m more interested on gaining width so this seems to be perfect. Have you noticed any vertical girth lose?

Regarding what you’ve shown about girth P phase, it’s almost as scaring as amazing for me, due to the fact that I’d rather prefer not to use pills (and actually I’m afraid it might get even more subtil the threshold between I and P phase). I’m not very handy, but anyway I’ll try to improve some solution (or mixture) by means of your helpful and original samples.
By the way, have you used the magnets also due to their fields or only because the strength they accomplish is suitable?

IPR based work: inflame the tissues, let them proliferate in as close to inflamed state as possible and then let them REST. Most folks seem to lose sight of the value of the rest…it’s of supreme value, in my experience; but ONLY if you’ve actually accomplished inflammation. And this is the key: inflammation happens only when one strains one’s tissues beyond the dimensions that they previously existed; so to do so, one needs to utilize a stress application method where one KNOWS that they’ve applied MORE stress than they previously have. This is where the IPR method presents utility.

Simply stated, what’s worked for me for girth work has been, and which I’m still doing to some degree, is a strategy of 4 sessions consisting of 3 Nice Vice (NV) compressions, the duration of which increases by one minute between each compression (in full disclosure, the magnitude of compression may increase as well), followed by an extended (2-3 month) rest period…a typical cycle looks like this: 1 minute (min), 2 min, 3 min; 2 days off; 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 2 days off; 3 min, 4 min, 5, min, 2 days off; 4 min, 5 min, 6 min; 2-3 months off. In this context, one can KNOW that they’ve applied more stress than in previous stress applications.

More info: I only take the low dose generic Cialis on stress application (I) days.

Regarding the Nice Vice (NV): it must be constructed with the openings for the bolts “wallered out”, that is to say ovalized (front to back) in order to allow for the all important differential compression of the proximal (to the body) portion of the NV prior to compression of the distal (to the body) portion of the NV…that’s how deviatoric stress (the thing that the NV is designed to apply) gets applied to the distal portions of the penis.

Be careful with it’s use please.

Xeno, I’d seen some of your pictures and your discoloration is low despite the relatively strong methods you use. Is that because of the IPR principles you follow (i.e. long rest) or do you use a kind of treatment/prevention?

Hi ircabo,

I think the treason that I experience minimal discoloration is due to a combination of factors; in order of my perceived importance: being naturally resistant to discoloring, lots of rest, use of Bromelain (internally at 1-2 times daily recommended dosage), use of Emu oil (topically, morning and evening during micro R phases, and as indicated by slow-to-fade discoloration during macro R phases). The only PE method that I’ve used that has caused discoloration that persists for more than a couple of days is the Nice Vice; it leaves somewhat darker areas on the sides of the shaft that persist for several weeks, although use of Emu oil has helped to shorten that duration. Please consider that if you’re contemplating use of a Nice Vice, and you’re prone to discoloration, the NV method might really cause it for you; at the very least proceed with extra caution…tighten wingnuts slowly and only at little at first…when trying it.

Great thread xenolith I see you went to great lengths of work to post these findings I’ve noticed others who take frequent PE breaks come back to enjoy quick new PE gains . I’m gonna as of today take a break from PE which will be difficult because I’m somewhat of an extremist, but I need one.

You’re very welcome ircabo; very happy to help any time. And thanks for the congrats, but the recent gains have been very small; over the last 3.5 years: - 0.125” EL, + 0.375” EG, + 2.8ci EV. That’s less than 0.125” of growth (in any dimension) per year and an average of only about 0.8ci of volume growth per year…not very impressive; at least it’s overall in a positive direction.

Sold on taking breaks

from July 8th to August 5th i took a PE break now i did do PE on 3 different days . those days were July 10 July 16 and July 30 . now the benefits were overall were great. now on July 17 that was a dark day my penis went to pre PE size in all areas. but i left it alone until July 30th.during that time everything came back. plus i think a bigger head , hard and flaccid, to my eye , that’s what done it for me . so i continued my break or rest up until august 5th. Sold on breaks.
