One thing I want to do is go through Thunder’s database to learn how the rate of growth changes over time. Your case is a particularly illuminating example. Your gains in cubic inches per year:

Year 1: 7.84 cubic inches
Year 2: 3.94 cubic inches
Year 3: 1.04 cubic inches
Years 4-9: 0.47 cubic inches per year
Year 10: 1.55 cubic inches
Years 11-12: 0.13 cubic inches per year

You gained nearly half the total in the first year, going from 6.5x5 to 8.25x5.63. The general wisdom around here is that gains slow down over time, but with patience you can grow a truly massive dick. You’re the perfect example of that.

Thank you Ernie. Happy to be useful here. Honestly, when I started out I was simply thinking: “Heck, I’m gonna be alive in 10 years, why not be alive in 10 years with a bigger dick?” And so I started; and sure enough, I was alive 10 years later…with a bigger dick. Kinda like compounded interest; just make the small contribution consistently…and over time, it gets big :) .

OK, so it’s been 3 weeks since completing my last cycle; I’m happy to report the re-gain of some of the lost EL and EG… to 9.125” BPEL and 6.625” MSEG. Sometimes I see either 9.25” or 6.75” and sometimes both, but I consistently see at least both 9.125” and 6.625” so that’s the call for now.

BPFSL = 9.75”…I’m starting to think that when I hit BPFSL = 10” that I’ll transition to a maintenance protocol.

Next cycle in mid-November.

The thanks goes to PEforFun. Although recently while plumbing the depths of Thunder’s, I think I remember seeing some discussion of the same idea way back. I swear, the pioneer guys thought of every single way to pull on a penis. There’s a gold mine in the old posts here.

Started (4/21/16): BPEL- 6" EG - 5.5"

Current (10/8/16): BPEL - 6.625" EG- 5.5"

Goal: BPEL: 8.5" EG: 6.5"

Well, I only apply I-Phase force 32 days per year; for about 15 minutes on each of those days. When you do the math, that yields an average time per day/per year of “PE-ing” of…1.3 minutes per day. I apply substantially more time applying P-Phase force (wearing Cock Coils), but haven’t done the math on that…it probably averages out to approximately 2 hours per day/per year. Obviously that yields an average annual time in R-Phase (i.e. resting) of about 22 hours per day/per year…easy peasy.

Thanks; happy to share my experience. Yes, agreed; we stand upon the shoulders of some some sharp cats.

Since I’m typing…~2 weeks to go until I start the next cycle…on 11/12/16. I’m going to implement a shallower gradient IPR-based method this time around: lower stress over more sessions…2 months of weekends this time. Looking to present more, and hopefully more effective, P-Phase time by using lower levels of stress over more applications of lower level stress in the I-Phase.

Interested to see what materializes. Pretty sure that I’ve mapped out the limits of what can be accomplished…with my tissues…on the high magnitude/low frequency end of the stress application spectrum…gonna look at a little lower magnitude/little higher frequency application.

Will let you know how it goes.

Xeno, you always around here, it’s good to see as you are my inspiration to continue exploring and believing that one day I will have a nice dick(yea I’m pretty sad with the one I have today)

It’s been some months I’ve been out of this forum, but I’ve been experimenting and saving money to buy some devices, I’ve been trying to build the best routine I can, so after that I will start PEing for REAL.. I got a bib hanger, a vaccum extender, an ADS system, and looking forward to build Xeno’s pumping device and some other things..

I’ve not been PEing other than ADS(8~12 hours a day), sometimes put too much force and glans become sore and I have to take a 1~3 days off, anyways, I do not see much progress from light ADS, it seems that I need to go for ligament disrupment, as I saw Xeno talk on the matter on other post that his biggest gains came from there(ligament disrupment, little gains from smooth muscle) so I’m goingo for a L.D. Exercises (bib hanger, vaccum extender, apply heat)

The ADS routine seems to help a little, when not forced too much you get a little better erection and sometimes see a little bigger dick(both lenght and girth, but just a little).. Gains from ligament disrupment I will not be able to reach with light ADS, IMO

Xeno, I just build an IR lamp support under my desk(photo attach), I’ve build it some months ago, and I saw a photo of you that looks that you have a simmilar one under a desk, I wanted to know if you do something to avoid the heat on your testicles and prostate? As I know this can reduce testosterone levels and cause infertility

I also did a hole on my workdesk chair, so I can hang while sitting down(photo attach), also I’m planning to do a PVC pipe support to attach on the front of the chair and do Hang BTC

And do you think I’m on the right road that will lead me to hapiness? =)

P.S. Of course I know that all of this ideas will only have any effect with consistency and discipline, which is my biggest fear, but have patience and discipline is maybe the hardest part, we all just want to see results and the anxiety only make it worse, but I’ll try my BEST to work this out!
