Girth Excitement

Bathmate only PE for all of 2016 netted me some unremarkable girth gains (I’m only interested in girth as I’m pleased with length). It did at least condition me well for this year when I gravitated exclusively to manual work (Pumping for my body is like using a toy.. Nothing sticks, and I find the largely fluid based pump mentally addictive, making me not want to sleep with women unless I pump first. A recipe for poor mental health).
April 2017 I got serious and systematic, working for many months with Big Al. Six months of PE netted me a .1” increase in girth. For all I’ve read, girth is a long game, so I’m happy with this.
It was October just passed that I finally found ‘the routine’ that clicked. .2-.3” of temporary girth expansion (with no pumping), great PIs (e.g., next day flaccid hang), and steady predictable sessions with high EQ.
I’ll be measuring monthly, but I just have this sense I’ve found a routine to stick with, while resisting the urge to add other movements to race.

After I measure on Nov 20, if I haven’t seen any growth I’ll add some bundled stretches at the beginning. If a few months pass, I will add clamping, which I have practiced enough to perform safely and effectively.
Just sharing my excitement and introduction to these forums, whose overall experience of users I have learned resonates a bit better with me than pegym.
