Hello everyone newbie here

Hello everyone newbie here

So I wanted to start off by saying hello and thank you in advance for any help you might provide me. I have been lurking for about a month and took the plunge last week. After only about a week I already feel fuller and all around bigger but that might just be mental.

I have started with the linear newbie routine because I had no idea how my body would react to these exercises. So far so good, initial measurements are 5.9 BPEL and 4.25 EG. My short term and happy goal being 6.5 BPEL at 4.75 EG, and long term goal to be 6.8-7.2 BPEL at 5-5.2 EG. My dream though is to be 8BPEL at 5.5 EG :)

My questions are these I know everyone is different but ballpark answer would be enough, how much growth can I expect for the first 3 months, are my goal achievable with only stretches and jelqs or would I require a pump/ADS.

Lastly I got into this because I live in Miami and the majority of women I have sex with have enormous asses, it sort of becomes a problem when my member disappears into her giant ass and would like a slightly larger one to be more convenient, anything else would just be a plus in a land where pretty much the average is 7+. I don’t have a problem pleasing women here(just the opposite ;) ) but would definitely like an upgrade.
Thanks in advance to everyone and here’s to the gains!

Welcome aboard to the Thunder train! Your goals seem realistic. The timing part is the question that can’t really be answered as everyone is different in their gains. Now being fairly new myself, I did experience what we call “newbie” gains. This can vary from guy to guy, some gain what seems like a ton while others nothing. I would recommend staying with the linear routine for three months to condition yourself and reevaluate where you are. Also keep track of your EQ (erection quality) and other PI’s (physiological indicators; search various threads on this). I also advise you evaluate your overall health. Not knowing your body composition I can’t really comment on that. But depending on your fat pad, you might be hiding more dick than you think. I know I didn’t really answer your questions, but there’s really no clear answer when it comes to this stuff.

Good luck and let us know if you have any other questions.

My progress thread - My path to a larger healthy piece

Hey Fitguy thanks for the warm welcome really appreciate it, as for my health I like to consider myself very athletic weight lifter, I keep track of my weight and body fat percent which is currently at 10%. I just got my six pack which had me dedicating alot of work and effort, so I figured I should work hard for a big dick as well lol.

Thanks for the quick response even if you didn’t answer all of my questions. But you did answer my most important which was if these goals were well within reach.

I definitely feel like I already have gains of some sort, I am a very vascular person and my penis after one week seems very thick from what it normally is, there are about 4 new veins that showed up out of no where(normal?), every time I hit the gym my veins look like they are going to pop so I figured that was just me, by the way does vascularity contribute to gains in anyway?

I will follow what you say and stick to the linear routine for 3 months and reassess, seems smart and safe to me, again thanks alot.

Welcome freegains3543,
Fitguy46614 gave some good advice. Stick with the newbie, or linear newbie routine. Don’t worry about a pump, or ADS or any devices. A couple of reasons for this. You want to be sure your penis is well conditioned before moving on to what are considered advanced exercises. And a lot of guys meet or exceed their goals with just manuals.
I think the short answer regarding your vascularity question is, it seems logical that more veins means more blood, which means faster more efficient healing and growth. Plus veiny cocks look so much cooler!!
Not sure where you got the stats that average is 7”+, but that doesn’t fit the studies and averages we’re aware of here. Your 5.9” is a very respectable length and I believe that your 6.5” goal should be very attainable. Do the newbie routine and see where it takes you.

Good luck and keep in touch.

Welcome to Thunders, freegains3543!

We’re all different and will experience gains at different speeds. Some guys won’t see any gains for long periods of time, while others may “pop” quickly. I started with the Newbie Routine and still continue it. Once your penis has been conditioned, with the Newbie Routine, then you can think about moving on to different things. Just stay consistent, don’t measure too frequently, and be sure you don’t overwork your penis. A common error many new guys tend to do. Make sure you take your rest days, they help with the gaining process as well. There is plenty of good information here, so use it. If you have questions, don’t be afraid to ask.

As for your goal, very achievable!! :)

Best of luck!

An good idea is to not expect gains at all. Expectations could easily lead you to some kind of “demotivational” state, forcing you to invest that precious energy to something else. Teach yourself to have fun doing it, like a hobby. Listen to your PI and growth will happen, no matter what.

Enlargement and penis health could happen and be maintained by just doing manual exercises. On the progress section, you can find those that accomplished this.

Good luck and have a nice one!

Hey man, glad to hear you have your body work in check. I’m a firm believer that we as men should focus on our overall health first, then get into PE (or do both together). Being 10% BF is very good and fat pad shouldn’t be an issue for you. Good luck in your journey and take your time with it. Make it fun but as Lenny said, try not to have too high of expectations starting out. These exercises can be very beneficial with regards to blood flow and EQ.

My progress thread - My path to a larger healthy piece

Hello again all, just wanted to write in an update to my progress, if its needed or possible could one of the moderators maybe move this to the progress forum.

So far I’ve been doing the linear routine for 2 months and finally took my measurement for progress. Now a couple of things first, I really ramped up the routine toward the end of the 2nd month and it was practically the newbie routine except maybe half the stretching it states, I followed my PIs closely and saw nothing abnormal or dangerous.

Now on to my gains, I’ve taken measurements over the course of 3 days only after 2 days of rest. The results are .25 increase in BPEL and .15 increase in EG. Now this reeeeeally surprised me considering I expected no increase what so ever from the linear routine save for better EQ. Don’t want to get too excited over it but I can already tell the difference, it does look thicker above all but I barely notice the length change(does that happen to a lot of people here?). This gave me a huge boost in morale and energy to continue forward. I start again on friday. Good luck to anyone starting and thanks for the advice to anyone who has helped me, I would like to continue to post here for progress and help.

May the gains be with you

Congrats on the gains! Well done! As far as not really noticing the gains, for one thing the gains come so gradually that by the time we’ve achieved them, we’ve already become accustomed to them. The ruler is good for “proof” of gains, but a better criteria would be how it feels in our hand, or how it fits in our clothing. Does it “feel” bigger? Chances are it really is.

Here’s to continued successes!

(I moved your thread to Progress Reports)
