Igigi's quest for the foot long with UltraSound Therapy

Cool down

I completely forgot to mention before for everybody the last part of each session which is the cool down. After the 20 minutes under US, I stay in the same position, same tension, for 15 minutes. Then proceed to remove everything.

Therefore, one full session is as follows:

* 25-30 minutes of cold stress relaxation with IR lamp to warm up tissues. 1kg to 2.5kg of incremental weight.
* 20 minutes of ultrasound heat therapy stress relaxation. 2.5kg to 4kg of incremental weight.
* 15 minutes of cool down. No more heat of any kind, same weight load.

(25-30 depending on how much time I have)

Once that cold phase of 25-30 minutes is over and I have reached 2.5kg, I apply the US gel and start US therapy. 20 minutes, working my way up to 4kg slowly while applying US the whole time all over the shaft. Slowly circular motion, from the very base to the top under the glans. Some people have asked about the silicon sleeve covering part of the shaft, the US waves go through perfectly fine over the silicon sleeve so I can cover the area under the glans.

And that leads me to your other question, YES, I am using Kyrpa’s technique over the leg and I found that to be VERY important. Not only because your own leg serves as tissue to receive sound waves, BUT the fact that you have so many terminal nerves on the skin of the leg, you can feel EXACTLY where the sound waves are hitting and with what intensity. It is extremely useful. Once you feel that burn in the spot in the leg, you know your targeting that surface, and that is why is important also the other detail about the position of the penis. The shaft has to be not only over the leg, but also twisted, so the dorsal side rest on top of the leg and the US us applied on the ventral side. This is because the toughest part of the septum is in the dorsal side. In a transverse cut of a diagram of the penis, the septum and tunica looks like a T, having the most dense part on the top.

That is my setup at the moment. I expect in the near future to upgrade it. Ideally, I will install a pulley under a table, at hight slightly lower than my leg sitting down. That way I sit parallel to that table, resting my penis on my leg, then from there attaching the vacuum cup, a fishing scale (upgrading to a cell clock digital scale), then a cable through the pulley. A cable clamp will be used to lock the cable in place before the pulley, that way I can properly and accurately measure relaxation.

Right now with my current setup I’m doing some hybrid load based on strain and creep.

Keep monitoring the development and look for trends as a decider. If you like to take precautionary actions, then go for some girth protocol immediately and for decon two to three weeks after Post-BPFSL stalls.

Yes with that protocol I went from around 5.2” to 6.25” in one year. This next time I plan on adding clamping too as a way to push the tissues a little bit more since my length is growing finally once again.

But why don’t you use just a normal hanging technique with regular weights? instead of a bungee cord attacked to you feet? am I missing something?

Also, at the angle that I wanna put my penis over my leg, regular weight would not work because they would just to hang to the side under gravity and would require multiple weights to be added during the therapy. My foot replace the weights and 4kg are perfectly easy to reproduce.

During the therapy both of my hands are busy operating the transducers while my foot is busy regulating tension. It is a balanced harmonic spiritual dance of the body helping its phallic counterpart grow to proportions only known to The Gods themselves.

My leg is semi-bent because I lay on a recliner sofa. So I dont completely extend the recliner, just about half way to lift my foot off the floor.

The bungee cord yes it runs outside of the leg. To be more specific, my penis lean on top of my left quad, kinda down the leg on top of it. So the fishing scale is just above the knee, towards the outer side of the knee. Then comes the bungee cord that goes out on the side down to my foot where I tied it in the shape of a stirrup.
