And I am finally back.

I have been very busy specially with work and it has been difficult lately to find a steady routine. That “virus” still has everything uncertain and unstable here.
Nevertheless, I believe I can keep this same schedule to come back to the therapy.

With that being said, todays results:

Pre BPFSL: 23.1cm
Post BPFSL: 23.9cm
Strain: 3.4%

As discussed before, I have made a modification to the protocol starting today. First is 30 minutes of stress relaxation with an IR lamp, not for therapeutic reasons, only to heat up general temp a little bit. Starting at 1kg up to 2.5kg in 30 minutes. Followed by 20 minutes of US heat while still relaxing up to 4-4.5kg. Now after those 20 minutes I included 10 minutes of bundled stretches. I grab my glans with one hand and use my own other wrist as a fulcrum. After 10 minutes followed with 10 minutes of cool down stretched of course.

My setup has not changed and is still pretty rudimentary. I will work next on acquiring a better vacuum cup for a better stable grip, then will develop the pulley system for an accurate relaxation.

Didn’t quite understand the question, but I guess you’re referring to if I will be tracking or logging my BPEL. Honestly, no. And the reason for that is because for TOO MANY YEARS, my BPEL was the same as BPFSL without any change, no matter what I did. I did grew girth significantly, but not length. For that same reason, all my focus and effort right now is to finally breakthrough this wall in BPFSL and tune the way to grow as much as possible. Then I assume BPEL will come behind naturally, and if not eventually will dedicate time to grow that. But my priority as of now is to grow that septum.

Virtually no change from yesterday. Yes, 1mm of post BPFSL, but I always keep in the back of my mind that the glans is swelling always with some amount of water retention after the therapy so that tiny difference might be just that. What is important is the progress over time.

I do not consider this a change or progress from the previous 2 days in this cycle. I believe once I can sustain consistent post BPFSL at 24cm or more, it will be a sign of moving in the right direction.

Today I tried a variation. Stress relaxation as usual for 25-30 minutes to 2.5kg, then instead of continue relaxation during the US phase, I went up directly to 4.5kg for the whole US portion of the therapy.

I am inclined to attempt trying heavier load for the next cycle and asses results. One good thing about being stuck in a situation like this, is that allows to try different modifications, one at a time, until finally one of them can lead to progress and therefore perfect the protocol. It might very well be that by starting at 22cm of BPFSL and an EG of 15.8cm, my penis needs more tension or weight in order to stimulate change. We will see. 2 days off now, then back to next cycle.

There are a few things to be concerned. First, numbers are not moving up. Today I tried another variation. Did usual relaxation for 25 minutes, then US for 20 minutes at 5kg tension. No manual exercise after, just 10 minutes of cool down. No difference.

I believe there is a way to get out of this stage and will require some advice from the experts. Wether is taking a decon break, or trying some other variation. I will keep meanwhile experimenting details here and there. Perhaps longer time under US, or longer relaxation time prior to US, we will see.

I’m no expert, but from what you’re saying it’s looking more like a decon is in order.

I’ve watched all your progress, and I’m going to ask you some questions, to find out where the defect is: When the session begins, it is heated for example jelq ten minutes and then a heat pad ten minutes and then it extends for an hour and then enters ultrasound with light weights for a full hour divided into four parts?

Do you use ultrasound without stretching or weights?

How long do you spend under ultrasound?

What is the duration of rest days that you take ?

When do exercises at the beginning of the day or before bed?

When completing exercises, extend your penis to at least 6 hours after completing your exercises ?

If you do not do all this, do not benefit from ultrasound at all, follow this next session and see the results every note in the previous question in order and we will see the success of the next session.

Well, the majority of those answers are right here at this thread but here it goes anyways.

5) No, no other exercise outside the daily therapy. However, that is one thing that Kyrpa used in his protocol initially, he had a PE workout in the morning and then a US protocol in the evening.

Certainly I will have to analyze and modify certain things. The science is real and is there to back it up. Temperature plus tension DOES have an effect on connective tissue and ligaments allowing for restructuring of collagen fibers. It is just a matter to find the way to apply it in an efficient way.

Testing new variations

First, one thing I did do in order to get a more accurate reading, I squeezed as much fluid from the glans as I could before measuring post BPFSL. Before squeezing the length was 23.9cm which would skyrocket the strain percentage. For sure one of the things I need is a new vacuum stretcher.

Just thinking about different variations, today I tried putting silicone gel between my leg and my penis in order to reduce friction. It stayed in my mind that perhaps the pressure and friction against the leg was preventing the septum from stretching properly. There was no difference today.

The following thing I am suspecting is temperature. Perhaps I am not reaching the required target temperature in the septum, and for that I need to acquire a reliable thermometer. I have been using an average thermometer to measure fever, but those stop after a certain amount of time. I will find the way to acquire perhaps 3 different probes to read from 3 different points simultaneously and constantly.

I want to remark that my stalled progress is strictly something in my setup. The literature is there with the scientific evidence proving this method, and others have achieved great results. I have been trying this with very rudimentary tools and I am sure once I get what I need, changes will be seen.

Besides adding the silicone the rest of the therapy remained the same as originally planned. 25 minutes of stress relaxation from 1kg to 2.5kg followed by 25 mins of US still relaxing up to 4.5kg, followed by 10 mins of cool down.

One thing I noticed, this extra permanent centimeter has provided great structural changes in my penis. Before this while pulling straight out, I would get strictly the septum under tension while my CC’s were literally hanging on the sides very lose. Now with that centimeter while pulling out my Septum still gets the tension but the CC’s are not just hanging there anymore. They also receive tension. Eventually if I succeed at unlocking new length, the CC’s will become the limiting factor which is easy to stretch and grow.

1cm gain in a year is awesome and after many years we get zero gains. You’ve released 2CM of new growth in a few weeks using US heating. Amazing.

I know what you mean with tight septum and loose CC’s. Now the Septum stretches further and the CC’s are recieving tension.
