No sensation in the penis at all. If I slow down the motion I just feel the higher temperature on the other side. HOWEVER, I do feel a systemic effect if I raise the temperature too fast. It seems like the warmer blood, even if its just a degree or less, trigger some response while passing through the brain. I get like a dizziness and an overall body warm feeling. But if I do raise it slowly, in a span of some 10 minutes, everything is fine.

The difference in sensations might be because your machine is 3Mhz and mine is 1Mhz? You might be heating the dorsal nerve along with the Septum.

The thing is, my BPEL has been the last thing in my priority during this quest because with 100% certainty the Septum has been my whole frustration and problem. So all my focus and concentration has been working on the Septum and BPFSL right now.

However, I know I have to measure. BPEL might have grown a little by now, is just that every time I get hard is because I am distracted horny watching porn and masturbating.

It was 22cm when I started just like BPFSL.

My plan though….Once I deplete the BPFSL gains with all the variables and modifications possible, I will stop working on the Septum and will concentrate in BPEL and EG. At that point the BPEL measurement will become a frequent priority. When that switch in protocol will happen? hard to tell. Perhaps maybe one month? 45 days? I am just going by the experience from Kyrpa, but as long as I am seeing results I will keep going for Septum growth.

I did the fulcrum hanging during my first US cycle - was duplicating Longstrech’s routine.

1-1/4 hollow tube with a tightly wrapped bath towel to about 3” diameter

One observation in regards of the variables to use: I can do a better job with temperature. I am currently using only one transducer since I had an issue with both simultaneously. Although one does the job, it is still barely keeping the right temperature up. Tissue goes up to 41-42 degrees, but while Im on the other half of the penis it goes down to 40.1-40.3 It is still good target temperature, but I believe with 2 transducers will be better to keep it steady a little higher. I believe I have the workaround for the 2 transducers and I will try it soon. For that I plan to buy a simultaneous multiple thermocouple device to measure constant temperature at multiple points.

Honestly I dont feel a difference during erections. However, since is my own penis and its a tiny daily change, I might just not be noticing the difference. I will measure BPEL any day now. I will try to focus to not forget to do so.

I DO actually see a difference in flaccid penis. It is hanging HUGE. Interestingly, the flaccid length might be hanging the same which is around 7 inches (I was always a shower, not a grower) But now it hangs much fuller than before. My guess is that extra almost 2 centimeters that I have now, is being expressed in volume, and perhaps eventually my difference between flaccid length and erected length will start growing. Ideally would like to be a shower AND a grower. Like hang an 8.5 inch flaccid and grow a foot long rod LOL

Today’s results:

Pre BPFSL: 23.9cm
Post BPFSL: 24.6cm
Strain: 2.9%

No change from yesterday’s therapy. However, my Pre BPFSL today was “almost” 24. In reality my tip reached closer to the 24 mark but not in full. That’s why I decided to just leave it still in 23.9 until it officially touches 24. Perhaps if this was a mathematical measurement it would be something like 23.97 and it would be approximated to 24. But I’ll leave it in 23.9 in hopes that soon will be a full 24.

Anyways, gains are slowing down. This time, I believe is part of the normal process in which I will require a decon break, but I am still curious about trying once again the 2 transducer setup, this time the correct way to keep temperature higher and steady. A decon break is coming soon nevertheless. That break will not be a break of no PE, but rather a break from stretching the Septum and dedicating to grow BPEL and EG. I think 2 extra cm of BPFSL over original BPEL provides some room to grow the tissues.

For those who have asked me about measuring BPEL, although I will do that any day for curiosity, I am planning to have an official measuring on 09/07 in order to keep a monthly track and post it in my signature.

Todays therapy I would call it “aborted”

However, I have interesting observations.

The reason why it was aborted is because In the previous cycle I developed a blister that did not heal fast enough. So today, in order to prevent it from bleeding again, I put some thick tape in the tip of my glans to try and keep it flat. As a consequence, more glans was exposed out of the cup, creating a sharp pain at the tip while increasing tension which made me stop at 3.5kg early during US.

I was able to finish the US like that, but then during cool down the pain was intensifying and I had to cut it after 6 minutes instead of the usual 20.

As a result, measurement did not change.

This is interesting, because this result was due to 2 factors. Less tension and less cool down time. Which raises the questions: Should I try higher tension? Should I try longer cool down time?
Hard to answer without trying each one at a time. However, my perception is that a change could be made by increasing tension AND more steady higher temperature.

In the case of tension, I have been successfully straining at 4.5kg-5kg. I would like to experiment with 6kg and see the difference, but it becomes complicated to avoid blisters. One possibility that I have been entertaining, is to coat the glans tip with super glue. Of course this would render the penis temporarily useless for sex so I would not recommend it to those in a relationship. However, the super glue could add a hard layer that could support the structural integrity of the glans under high tension.

Meanwhile since this is the end of this cycle, I will take extra time to allow the glans to heal. So instead of 2 days rest will be perhaps 4-5. Also the extra time might have some therapeutic benefit for the tissues.

Could you try a glue that could still provide a barrier whilst being able to clean up with water and soap?
