The cool down portion is just zero heating. The whole therapy I do it under an IR Lamp at some 14 inches of distance, not for therapeutic effects, but just for overall temperature raise and blood flow. once Im done with the US part, I turn off the US devices and turn off the IR light. Leave the penis at that same tension for 20 minutes.

Thank you for being so scientific about your approach to US. Big hat tip to you and the other Pioneers for paving the US road for the rest of us.

I am still a newbie to PE, however, I recently learned of the importance of healing in the stretched state. I had Achilles Tendinitis for over a year. Everyday day I walked it became inflamed and I could feel tissue ripping. It sucked and took away from athletic performance and simply walking was painful.

A friend recommended one of these boots to me,

Sleeping Stretch Boot | Achilles Tendonitis & Plantar Fasciitis Splint

I slept with it and then learned that it was allowing everything to heal in the stretched state and that I would not have to rip tissue the next day trying to walk as it would restrech. It turns out that I sleep on my stomach which flexes my foot to point straight down and that is how I healed from the days trauma. So the boot, which held my foot at 90 degrees, allowed it to heal in that position. I wore the boot 5 times and it sloved the problem I endured over a year. Now I wear it about once a month.

I know you already know the importance of this, just wanted to share this story as a lot of people are following your thread, learning from you and cheering for you.

Thanks again for being one of the US Pioneers and taking the work of the earlier Pioneers to the next level.

Today’s therapy was a FAIL.

The area of the blister did not sustain the vacuum and burst again. As a result, the vacuum cup came out 2 minutes before finishing the US portion of the treatment preventing the cool down stage rendering the therapy useless.

I did manage to measure Post BPFSL, but today’s strain is not expected to remain.

Pre BPSFL: 23.9 cm
Post BPFSL: 24.4 cm
Strain: 2.0%

From this day I will be forced to improvise a workaround that blister area. I am thinking about the liquid tape PLUS super glue.

In regards to BPEL I have not measured today, I will probably later depending on free time. However, for all those waiting for BPEL, I repeat again, I DO NOT EXPECT ANY GAIN FROM ORIGINAL MEASUREMENT. Why? Because I have not done ANY sort of exercise for BPEL. This US therapy is intended STRICTLY for BPFSL ONLY. This US therapy target SPECIFICALLY the Septum. That is why this protocol is intended for advanced users who have reached the dead end of the septum.

Users who have reached the dead end of the Septum, by definition mastered the growth of BPEL, but reached that limiting factor of the Septum. This is why in my plan I am dedicated to grow as much BPFSL as possible, then dedicate to grow BPEL.

I will transition into BPEL growth once one or two or all three of these conditions are met:

- BPFSL strain consistently remains close to Zero after each therapy.
- Erectile issues are developed from enlarged septum.
- There is substantial difference between BPFSL and BPEL. in which BPFSL >= 5 centimeters BPEL.

Expanding a little bit on what Stixman mentioned about healing in a stretched state.

I have been putting some thought to it, but I haven’t had the time to dedicate and research science and literature about it.

Our approach has been conclusive evidence of how important the cool down phase is, but in terms of healing the method has been similar to skeletal muscle. I.E., exercise, then allow to heal. However we are not dealing with skeletal muscle. We are dealing with collagen, elastin, and other tissues similar to tendon, ligament. These type of tissues perhaps can see an advantage by healing while stretched for as long as possible.

I believe there is some science that correlates, since for example when a patient needs more of his/her own skin, doctors stretch an area for a specific period of time, allowing that extra skin to grow under tension. Since skin has more similarities with tendon and ligaments than skeletal muscle, it would make sense that our septum could benefit in the same way.

I will dig into this one of these days.

Meanwhile. need to repair this blister again.

igigi,

There is another forum member whose name i cannot recall. He was stuck on the septum for several years, not a mm of additional gain. With the addition of US heat in only 3 sessions he’s able to achieve a 2.5cm greater flaccid stretch. Does this sound about right?

Not sure…I am always skeptical with those claims because usually those members do not keep a reliable clear log, do not use proper grammar and acronyms, they dont have verifiable history on this or other forums in order to make sure he knows how to measure, etc. Also, a strain that big if possible, I am not sure what could be the possible complications in terms of recovery. If I recall correctly on Kyrpa’s log there is science recommending a specific maximum percentage of strain.

I just had a thought. Obtain that additional 2cm versus the “septum plateaud bpsfl” with US heat. Using an extender and light tension. Hold in the elongated state for a week. Taking breaks every 1-2 hrs of course to jelq new blood in and reapply vacuum head peice.

I believe y’all are speaking of me. It is precisely because of fear of overdoing it or that there is something wrong with me that I raised the concern in Kyrpa’s log. Notice I’ve been a member here longer than you and my grammar has never been an issue. My post count is low because I’m a silent observant type.

Measuring is easy but my technique is posted in that thread.

How long ago was that 2.5cm gain? If I was you, after that I would take a small break, say 2 weeks in order to allow the tissues to accommodate and heal. I am curious if after that break you lose some of that gain or not. In my case, I have gained 2cm solidified.

Wow, always enticed to read up US, the Dark Side of PE, lol.

Definitely something I am considering trying but not until I have at least a dedicated year of solid PE under my belt. So many other avenues to take first but it is very interesting following the progress and journey of the US Pioneers.

It’s just a strain percentage of 10% post workout and nowhere close to gain yet. It was the morning of my post so less than a week ago. So you know, it’s 2cm and not 2.5

I have the same problem as yours, I get 10% fatigue, but the next day the gains are gone
