One side benefit of pump is to be able to use post pumped gains.

I never used that process again. But i did use oral for clamping. It’s a better way due to greater arousal.

It is my perception that in that case you guys are using too much tension. It seems like your Septum is not really tough. Thats why the big strain. HOWEVER, the important part to pay attention, is that by achieving that gigantic strain, you are causing inflammation of that tissue. And that means, progressive toughening of the septum and thats what you have to avoid at all costs.

I would attempt Tutt’s approach. In his research and observation he determined that very low loads were needed to accomplished the target strain. We are talking 0.4-0.5kg and no more than 1.5-2kg during the whole process. Yes, that low. In reality, you dont need to “feel” tension in order to even begin the therapy. Just by applying 0.5kg or less, that Septum is already having movement. Even if the whole penile structure seems to be unaffected.

Also, it would help in your case a very good setup. A setup that allows you to monitor and track strain in real time, that way you manage it through stress relaxation. One way to accomplish that is to have a ruler next to you and constantly measure NBPFSL Pre and during therapy.

Since I have this giant blister still healing on me, my next step once this blister is sealed, will be to attempt a therapy with substantially lower tension, but increased US time. Its all experimentation at this point, WITHOUT deviating too much from the protocol scientifically proven already by Kyrpa.

This will be an attempt to determine if in my case, according to my dimensions, my level of toughening, there could be any positive difference by using primarily longer periods of US.

I would say 50-55% longer.

One of the questions that arise from Kyrpa and Manko’s research, is the scenario in which a BPFSL penis of 14cm with an EG of 10.5cm is it affected by this therapy in the same way as a penis with a BPFSL of 23cm and an EG of 16cm?

We do not even have the immediate answer since we do not have enough anecdotal experience to tabulate and classify, however judging by volumetrically results, common sense would say that the answer is no, the therapy should not work exactly the same way for both penises. Perhaps the standard therapy that worked for Kyrpa would be too much for the former example, and not enough for the latter.

This is the reason why in my case, this blister was caused in my attempt to increase load and tension and measure response. What if perhaps the answer is not in tension but in longer periods of US and maybe also longer period of cool down? That is the experimentation at this point. Since it seems I wont be able to play with high loads right now due to this blister, I will play with US time and cool down time.

Update with positive results.

This giant blister has been like a curse. Even though the surface of the skin is healed, that portion of the glans is still very weak and susceptible to another blister.

The plan for today was to stress relax for only 20 minutes up to 3kg, then follow with full 40 minutes of US (10 mins to reach target temperature, 30 minutes at target temperature) Followed by 20 minutes of cool down.

About 15 minutes into the US portion of the therapy, I started developing a sharp pain at the blister site. In order to avoid another long time delay, I took action. I reduced tension to only 1kg, stopped US and closed down on the IR lamp at about 8 inches of distance in order to preserve temperature. Kept it that way for some extra 10 minutes. Followed with 20 minutes cool down.

Results are:

Pre BPFSL: 23.9cm
Post BPFSL: 24.5cm
Strain: 2.5%

Based on this, since the therapy was modified in order to avoid blister, I was still able to accomplish a decent strain. Therefore it is my belief that next time I could target only 2kg of tension, I will most probably avoid that way any potential blister, I can complete the full intended 40 minutes with US, and perhaps achieve an even better strain.

P.S. Forgot to mention, after this therapy I DID indeed developed again the blister, but this time was not the big bloody open wound mess. It was the typical fluid blister that should heal very fast.
