Igigi's quest for the foot long with UltraSound Therapy

Hi Igigi just wanted to thank you for your great experiment, it still gives me hopes that I can grow my dick.

I wanted to ask you, did you measure your NBPFSL and did it change and also increased by 2 cm?

You are welcome bother.

No, I never measured NBPFSL, due to the fact that my body composition and body fat stays the same. The only difference between bone pressed and non bone pressed, is that fat pad in the pubic area. If that pad stays the same, the differential ration between BPFSL and NBPFSL will be the same.

Now maybe would be different and interesting to see if there was a change in flaccid length (FL) I did not measure before and after, but my perception is that is the same. I think those extra 2cm are extra elasticity that creates the potential for more BPEL.

Hi igigi, I was just curious what load you are using these days. Did you drop things to lower than what they were when you got the blister, and have results been just as good?

Well, I didn’t really go back to the therapy after the giant blister. In fact, the blister was because I started increasing tension in order to rule out possibilities. Increasing the tension did not make a difference. All my gains were while doing the US therapy under 4kg max of tension.

Now I have to add to that, once I increased tension to 6-6.5kg, I could not properly finish the therapy. I am not talking about one session, but I am talking about 1-2 cycles. Being once cycle 3 days on, 2 days off. I believe that as Kypra says, 1mm per week is a very good rate of gain. 1 day of therapy will not give an accurate result. With a proper device, if I could have kept the 6-6.5kg for maybe 2 cycles, I could maybe have seen some gain.

But I will give it a try on the next period. For now, I am motivated to persue BPEL in these 2 new centimeters of BPFSL.

Igigi thank you for the reply, I was also wondering did you ever try to use just an IR lamp or an infrared heat pad? If so did you achieve a better stretch using them? I’ve tried both and never seen a better stretch or softer septum.
I know that with the US it’s different but still interesting to know.

I’ve been practicing PE for a few months now without any gains no matter what I tried, and soon I want to try the US machine and wanted to ask if you can help and guide me through because my English maybe is not that bad but it’s not my first language and it seems like this process needs to be understood 100% to make a progress.

Thank you!

Longerstretch has written a summary about this protocol —> The Long Game: Learning with Longerstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth

You might want to read and understand that and then if you have any questions, come back.
It is really important to understand and know what to do in my opinion and it takes some time but you will get there.

I don’t think that I’ll get there without the US machine at this point. My flaccid stretched hasn’t changed at all and I have the steel cord from day 1. I’m practicing PE for about 7 months now and reading this forum for 3 years so I know enough to say I’ve tried everything. But thank you wrust

Blister on me is “time” based. I take a break at one hour, break the vacuum and take a few minutes rest, and go back into the vacuum cap.

The link I provided is about exactly that: no more gains, steel cord, US machine and the underlying principles of the routine. It is a very nice summary. That’s why I posted it for you. It is a guide :)

You’re welcome.

Yes, I did use an IR lamp. If you read my initial post of this thread, I describe my setup. I use the IR lamp not as part of the therapy itself, but to warm up tissues in general. Scientifically the IR lamp is capable of proving the temperatures required to affect collagen, but before you reach that internal temperature your skin will almost be fried.

As far as what Wrust recommends you, he is right. The link he posted is not to teach you the basics of PE, is the basics for UltraSound. You know already about PE and have some experience, but it would be useful if you go through existing threads reading and learning before you apply it on yourself. If you have questions, of course feel free anytime to ask.

If I came across a little harsh, I am sorry. What I wanted to say, it is important to understand the method and the principles behind it. That’s why I posted the link that takes you to a very nice summary created by Longerstretch. Take your time, read and learn. After you have a basic understanding, get started. We will support you on your journey. It would be best to start your own progress log in which you can share and ask whatever you want.

Hey guys,

So I have a few questions. I did PE for 1.5 months a year ago ( Mostly s2s) but didn’t gain anything and then gave up as I found out that I have the steel cord. I was in college, so couldn’t start the US therapy technique so I stopped PE and thought that I’ll try the US therapy method once I get a job and get a place of my own.

So I have got a job now but still stuck at my parents house due to Covid. So still can’t get hands on an US machine. So does the steel cord also hinders lig gains? Has there been anyone who managed to get lig gains from manual stretching despite having steel cord? I have low LOT too but I was wondering instead of wasting time I can go for lig gains. Or will I be just wasting my time?

And how promising is US therapy? Is there chance that it might not work either.

I am so desperate to gain just 1 cm in NBPEL. I am 6.5” * 5 BPEL and 5.5-5.7” NBPEL rn. I will be so happy if I can just get to 6” NBPEL.

Please help.

Everybody has “the cord”. It is called septum. Whats different here is that some people have toughened their septum and others were born with a tough septum.

Of ocurse US therapy works. Read Kyrpa’s thread as well as Manko’s and others. I am one more user who gained 2 full centimeters after many years of not being able to gain length.

As far as your suspensory ligaments, yes you should be able to gain. But that depends on how much ligament PE you have done already in the past. If this is your first time, then yes you should be able to see gains from ligaments.

Quick update,

Since I have been on BPEL routine for the past 2 weeks apex, I dont follow a specific measuring protocol, but measured today at 22.5cm (8.85”). That would be 0.5cm of gain in BPEL

Great. Having the right stimulus the BPEL will follow the BPFSL gains at some degree. Gap should stay but it gets narrower.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)
