In other words when the penis naturally goes flaccid over night, PGE-1 is there to keep it hard. Last night for example I got up to pee, I was 100% hard, as always is a struggle to pee with an erection, but by the time I finished and was going back to bed, my penis was already only about 50% erected. Fell sleep and went back up to 100%. Once I wake up in the morning it goes down to zero in some 30 seconds.

A nice experiment I did last night, I took 2,025mg of Cistanche before bed, and lowered the dose of PGE-1 to 0.75mcg. It worked wonders. A solid erection the whole night with a tiny minuscule amount of PGE-1.

Therefore the proper term would be PGE-1 assisted controlled priapism potentiated with Cistanche for BPEL protocol.

I remember seeing the study you mentioned earlier, and I too cannot relocate it, hahah. I’m convinced, though; I’ve seen enough anecdotes about non-destructive priapism leading to permanent enlargement. I also really like the sound of your routine, but I was wondering if other protocols for achieving vasodilation of the sort, if not degree, that is required (since there’s zero chance I would be able to obtain or administer PGE-1 doses). I’ve experimented with whole foods said to have vasodilation properties, and while I do notice markedly higher EQ immediately after eating them, I assume they wouldn’t result in an hours-long rolling erection. Do you think there might be anything that would?

Yes I totally agree. You have to search out the quality brands. I greatly appreciate the link you shared. Are there any other herbs or extracts you recommend along with cistanche?

Not natural.

Similar to what happens in bodybuilding, there is no such thing as “natural” bodybuilding. I mean, somebody can try it, but good luck, the body will NEVER have the look with the low fat and the cuts and striations that anabolic steroids give, not to mention the supernatural muscle size.

In this regard is the same. Drugs such as Prostaglandins or PDE-5 inhibitors induce blood flow and muscle relaxation that is beyond the natural capabilities.

I understand. Still, there must be a gradient. In bodybuilding, you have gradations of intensity and material “dedication”, from light calisthenics and drinking more water than usual, through to two-a-days while blasting any amount of pharmacological support with the intent of blowing up in short order and not living past 30. If you couldn’t access chemical support, what would you do? Or, if you could only access the most basic and non-invasive, what would that be?

For what it’s worth, I’m mostly interested in girth for myself.

That is not true.

Surely it takes far moretime, most certainly you will be leaner (I’d never want that over-the-top bodybuilder look), possibly you need the right genetic makeup… but with time and dedication and the right nutrition, yes, you can be completely natural, and it feels awesome. It’s not even worth cheating with hGH (handle with care as u get older, cancer cells love that stuff).

I have often been accused of taking steroids - I have never ever touched them (and in fact it most likely cost me competitiveness in track and field because everybody else was doing them). Mind you, I don’t think eating 5 lean chicken breasts a day or drinking a gallon of milk is “natural” (I don’t do that anymore) but hey.

I was referring to a competitive bodybuilding. In my opinion a natural approach is not bodybuilding, is just hobby exercising. If you are going to race cars and you wanna win with a stock honda civic, good luck. Everybody will be replacing engines, pistons, suspension, brakes, tires, etc. If it is available, why not.

In the same way in bodybuilding, competitive athletes do exactly what a natural enthusiast do, times 10, with a sacrifice, dedication and animal strength times 10. I have been involved in the fitness industry for many years and there is not a single competitive bodybuilder “natural”. There are some “natural” shows, but that is not natural, is just semantics and loopholes. In every single sport, hollywood actors/actresses, every single celebrity, politicians, many are using anabolic steroids wether is the so called “trt” or “hrt” which is just other loopholes. The popular add of “hydroxycut” in magazines where they tell people take this supplement and look like this, there is a little secret they forgot to mention. ALL those models without exception are on anabolic steroids. An average human “natural” will never look like any of those models in the add.

“Natural” will give size, but NOBODY will ever look like Arnold by being “natural” Quite frankly I never understood that unjustifiable pride in being “natural”. Its like crossing a lake swimming instead of taking a boat just for pride LOL.

Well, as far as PE, there is no way you will achieve a priapism by eating food or herbs. No way.

You would love that combo. That same website also has a good product called “spitting cobra” which is a combination of many herbs, including those I mentioned. I personally prefer the single products because you can manipulate the doses of each adjusting.
