Although it is still experimental, the core of the therapy is already proven and established not only through science but also by our anecdotal experience.

As far as a guide, due to the multiple variations and adjustments to the therapy, there is no detailed guide at this point. However, the core principles of it are the same and they do not change which is the stress relaxation, Ultrasound stress relaxation, cool down. Those are the main stages or components of each h session.

If you just saw this thread, I advise you to stay tuned to all of them, being Kyrpa’s thread the most complete with the latest knowledge, and by keeping up with the threads you will get familiar with all the terms and equipment needed which is not a lot. Its pretty accessible for everybody.

Was just looking at your impressive girth gains. Was your girth gain relatively constant over your 22 year PE career (other than newbie gains)? How much did you gain in the first two years of training girth?

Hey man
No, my girth gains only came once I reached my septum dead end. It seems like because the penis did not have any more space to expand forward, it grew sideways in girth. In fact, it was surprising to me that one year I was around 5.2” in EG and the following year I was 6.25” Of course, hard to notice when you see yourself every single day lol.

I’ll check out kryptas thread if I can find it and hopefully learn and begin the process ASAP.

Wow, very interesting. This seems like another enticing reason to hold off and wait till I earn my Black Belt before I try Ultrasound.

Igigi suggests we wait until we have exhausted our gains from the traditional PE methods and leave Ultrasound heating for the time when we have really stalled out and need a breakthrough.

It’s analogous to martial arts and earning your Black Belt. You have to earn and learn your way through the basics first, a progression to advanced techniques.

Ultrasound will help increase your BPFSL and you will need the other PE skills to built the BPEL to fill your new stretched length. (Some people apparently do gain BPEL from the Ultrasound Protocols but it seems like only BPFSL gains for most. This is still huge as it opens the door for BPEL gains which may have never come.)

Sure, by consensus we have determined at this point that the most cost effective way is to use 2 handheld devices at the same time, and that is the US Pro 2000 Second Edition. I would say that perhaps if your BPFSL is under 20cm, you can get away with only one device, but over 20cm will benefit more with 2 devices simultaneously.

As six explained, it seems like when you reach that Septum dead end, you will know it. For this, you HAVE to have a clear logged track of routines, exercises, and log all your gains and progress. Once the gains stop, switch routines, exercises. This is the point where in my case I stopped gaining any length, but my girth started growing fast. I assume is because the tunica ran out of space to elongate forward and started expanding sideways. Since then, never was able to grow BPFSL anymore. Until now that I introduced US and broke through that plateau.

So it seems like you really need to wait to that limiting factor in order to get the most out of the US approach. That breaking point is what Stix calls earning the black belt LOL.

So as an overall what’s the difference between using in infrared lamp and ultrasound therapy or can they both be used at different times to max results or is it a case of pick one?

So, have you been doing PE long enough to where your gains have stopped for quite some time and because of cord resistance?
I may be wrong, but US protocols aren’t meant for those who haven’t exhausted more normal avenues. I hope any response to this from the Pros brings up good and honest discussion.
