No, the weight increment is not really determined by time, but rather by stain. I believe this time the incorporation of the digital scale plus the clamp will really make a difference in efficiency. I will be monitoring the entire time the strain. Starting for example with 0.5kg. Tension will decrease to an x amount. Release the clamp, re-tension to 0.5kg. Once it stops decreasing, I will increase weight by 200 grams and so on, climbing up to a weight in which all strain has stopped within the 50 minutes of stress relaxation.

On a side note, the rubber bands work amazing. As I explained before, its just like comparing a car without suspension and with suspension.

Also, before I wasn’t sure if the rubber bands should go between vacuum cup and scale, or between scale and rope. I determined that latter to be the correct position. The scale has to be directly after the vacuum cup to measure the tension on the penis as accurate as possible.

As this was the first run with this new setup, I have some observations that I need to address and correct on order to improve the application:

1. I started with only 0.5kg. This was rather too low tension, as the clamp was almost too heavy for the whole setup. Tomorrow I will start with 1kg.

2. This clamp specifically is not efficient. It is too big and heavy, even though is made out of plastic. It has an excellent grip, but its weight makes it hang from the rope, altering the existing tension. Also, its big tip does not efficiently locks in place in the entrance of the pulley. A “needle nose” type would be better, and smaller in size. I will look for that.

3. Do to the extra gadgets attached, connector hooks, scale, rubber bands, once I twist my penis over my leg, it tends to try to roll back to its original position by twisting the whole setup. I will have to engineer a way to make this whole connection solid once hooked up together. This effects corrects itself as tension increase, but at the beginning it becomes unstable.

On a different note, the vacuum cup behaved perfectly due to the less weight. I did not pass 2.5kg. Perhaps that is too low for 24cm of length? That remains to be answered as the Period continues. This weight is definitely less than what I used during my first Period.

I will address each step at a time. Tomorrow I will start with 1kg of weight, and will add at the end one more increment of 200gr.

The temperature monitoring is excellent. The gorilla tape is excellent. It sticks to the skin like glue holding the thermocouples in place, and the 4 different points of measuring makes a huge difference when it comes to even distribution of heat.

Great to see you back in business! I bought cheap clamp package to try what size would be best and this is what I prefer.

My second US therapy started about 3 weeks ago, but first got huge water blister and after it cured I got blood blister. Never had any blisters before.

That clamp is much better. I was looking at something like that too.

A more efficient day, started with 1kg of weight, finished at a little over 4kg. Temperature stayed within therapeutic zone at all times between 40 and 43 degrees celsius. This temperature monitor is absolutely excellent and the 4 thermocouples allow to read temperature at all times in the whole shaft.

I developed a tiny blister around 1mm square. I will apply gorilla tape in that zone tomorrow.

On a serious note, sorry to hear you got
another blister. Perhaps a noose for gripping your glans might be more favorable by not subjecting you to blisters and you will have more shaft to heat.

Hey Stix thanks for the suggestion. In fact, I have considered that. After my first period in which I had bad blister issues, I said to myself, on my second period will use less weight but if I still have blister problems I will look into noose type attachment.

I have looked at that Zen before, also Kyrpa came up with a very good noose type attachment that he made himself with better stronger materials that avoid any kind of slippage. The Zen look strong too since its more like a fabric string.

Regarding the gorilla tape, yes is a strong grip but not too bad to remove. Its actually perfect. Strong enough to stay in place, but just enough to not peel off your skin.

Great to read that you started. Not so great to read about the blisters…

I can only repeat what I already mentioned here: Try it with baby powder on your glans. I am sure you will succeed.

Today I reached a maximum of 3.9kg at the end of the session. Still trying to dial down the stress relaxation process for proper strain.

There are still many unknowns. For example, the difference of my Pre and Post BPFSL equals a smaller strain that a penis that is say 15cm. A penis with a Pre BPFSL of 15cm and a Post BPFSL of 15.4cm will equal a strain of 2.6%. That means for my length, it becomes harder and harder to gain. Still, every millimeter counts.

This raises the question that I have stated before. Does a bigger phallus require a readjustment in timing and tension? The only way to approximate an answer is experimentation, or parallel literature on patellar tendon proportionally to size of tissues. More homework for another day.

One positive note, 24.5cm is 9mm away from 10 inches.

Another positive note, the gorilla tape on the blister worked absolutely flawless. The blister stayed in place, sealed, no issues whatsoever other than some fluid buildup.

An advice for others following this protocol, every time I measure the Post BPFSL, I squeeze all the fluid and blood off the glans as much as possible. I wrap it with my palm and squeeze it for a few seconds in order to measure with the glans as flat as possible. That decrease in part the inaccuracy of measuring with a glans full of blood and fluid.

Glad the trials are working out the kinks. Did you manage to address it rolling back to its upright position?

In generally speaking , the literature does not make any difference on the absolute length of the tendon so they usually focus on the relative change on the tendon for example. The preferred way for presenting strain is by percentage.

So I suggest that the real difference between is the history of the present length. Can be that the guy born with 24 cm penis is having differing percentages to you who has developed the length by unnatural methods.

What comes in the timing , we donΒ΄t know for sure. At the moment I am getting the calculated average strain(2,3%) lower than my best periods (P2-P3) average(3,2%) , but at the same time reaching my new personal best measurements on post exercise BPFSL.
That coming with very similar method than before, working now with a sole transducer, I did prolong the heated phase up to 25 minutes.

Therefore one of the things I was entertaining in testing, is decrease the cold relaxation to 25 minutes and increasing the US phase to 25 minutes. That way I can keep it within the same hour of work.

Somewhat. What I am doing, I apply the clamp from the top of the rope. And since the clamp has some weight, I let it hang or fall to the opposite of the roll creating some compensation.

But this roll problem is not as bad as I thought. It decreases as tension increase and once I reach half way with is not really a problem anymore. But also, during the cold relaxation I dont need the penis upside down. That is only needed to apply the US in the ventral side and when I reach that point, as stated before, the roll is pretty much under control.

Did you use IR light at your first US therapy? I use it also but don’t know if it matters or not, maybe not. I have to try some day without the IR.
