Those are excellent gains. I hope you document your girth protocol here when you decide to switch to it in the future, I’m sure there are many here who would find it helpful and interesting. Many thanks Igigi.

Absolutely I will document it. In fact, it will be more interesting this time because I am growing length for the first time in many years. Therefore this girth training will be mostly to “fill up the gap” and bring my BPEL up to catch up with BPFSL. I intend to do a girth protocol after my period with US.

Awesome, congrats on the length gains. I know how much of a relief it is to gain after a long time with no gains.

THIRD CYCLE

Pre BPFSL: 23.4cm
Post BPFSL: 23.8cm
Strain: 1.70%

Starting this third cycle I am surprised by a couple of things. First, I kept a good gain measuring 23.4cm (9.21 inches) Second, a small strain on the first day of the third cycle. Are gains diminishing? should I increase tension? I will have to re-pass the experiences of the experts. I would be more than happy and proud if I can finish 1 full inch up by the end of this period. Started at 8.66 inches, I am not too far away. We’ll see whats in for tomorrow.

Hi excellent, great gains. I have ask you how to measure the length. Where do you start? Do you place a starting and ending point? Do you measure in the same area every time? Destination? Do you start from the head of the penis to the pubic bone or vice versa? What is the measuring instrument with which you measure a ruler or a tape measure?
——-

As for losing stress, I suggest you increase the weights when you see a decrease in pressure to a quarter to a half a kilo per period you spend and tell me that the results do not go further

Thank you

Hey,
I measure as BPFSL as intended to be. With a rigid ruler, deep into the pubic bone, all the way to the tip of the glans.
Somebody suggested on Kyrpa’s thread that we should account for glans engorgement after each therapy which is true, however, measuring at the biggining of each cycle gives the most accurate number possible anyways. ALTHOUGH, he is correct in terms of strain percentage. Because If the glans is enlarged by 3-4millimiters after a therapy, that will certainly severely decrease the strain percentage. And if the real strain is less, that means we have way more room to play with internal tissues. But it could also be a good thing. Perhaps reaching a significantly lower strain than we thought after the deviation of glans engorgement, might very well be preventing us from stressing the tissues too much and avoiding toughening altogether.

Don’t judge the process by single workout. You just finish the three days program and then take few extra resting days.

Too early to make any conclusions.

START 18/13.15 cm Jul 24th 18 (7.09/5.18") NOW 22.5/15.2 cm Fer 12th 20 (8.86/5.98") GOAL 8.5"/ 6"

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Today results

Pre BPFSL: 23.5cm
Post BPFSL: 23.9cm

If strain stays similar tomorrow which is the third day of this third cycle, I might take 4 days off instead of 2 and asses the results.

Very nice results. I earned you for this course, which is about 1 week for 1 cm. If the results in the next session are the same, then the ultrasound will be the luminaire of the modern era. Continue. I will analyze the results and your progress.

Third Day of third Cycle:

Pre BPFSL: 23.4cm
Post BPFSL: 23.8cm
Strain: 1.70%

This specific therapy was VERY poor. The main cause, I am disliking the vacuum cup setup every day more and more. There are too many inaccuracies associated with it. First, what someone else pointed out the other day is true. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE. To create a perfectly 100% sealed vacuum that can sustain beyond 2kg. Therefore, when you pull, even if you have the slightest tiniest little gap between the glans and the cup, the vacuum will be filled with water retention in the glans. Therefore at the end of the therapy you will have extra millimeters on your glans that are CRUCIAL for the stain percentage which will be based on a false reading. Even if the glans swell by 2-3 millimeters, that little difference will render the result almost useless.

On top of this, materials involved start failing very fast. My silicon sleeves (have more on the way) are already all stretched out and decaying very fast. Since yesterday the whole cup has been starting to slide out. Today, I was barely to finish the US portion, and my cool down was only 5 minutes because at that mark the whole thing just came off.

But essentially, even with a brand new cup and brand new sleeves, everything perfectly fitting in place, there is TOO MUCH play with the whole setting. As I mentioned, 1, 2, 3 millimeters of movement inside will completely destroy the final reading. If we were talking about 4-5 centimeters with a deviation of 2-3 millimeters, we could call it insignificant. But our stretch variations here are 4mm, 5, 6, 7, etc. Therefore in that number 2-3 millimeters makes the whole difference.

I will take 4 days off starting today before my fourth cycle, in the process I will go back to the good ‘ol noose and choke the glans for a better approach.

I have the best solution for you without a vacuum carrier and no silicone sleeves. Watch the next video to the next and create a tool for you

I have not had those problems using the phallosan vacuum cup with silicone sleeve and protector cap. Choose the size cup that just barely fits and then when you pump the glans will fully pack out the cup including the end so that there is no void space that would allow fluid build up. This way there is absolutely no slippage well up into loads greater than 4kg. The silicone cap that they provide is very durable and sticky which also creates better friction grip. I don’t have any swelling of the glans.

The only problems I’ve had are when the cup gets heated. The glans doesn’t tolerate heat and vacuum well. Also, heating the cup expands the small amount of air creating small voids especially at the tip. IMO, you shouldn’t need to go past about 2.5kg if you are heating and straining properly.

Thank you Tutt I’ll take a look at the phallosan.

Perhaps it’s time to upgrade my vintage ancient cup LOL
