Hi Igigi,

I am going to be following in your footsteps as far as application, and reading through the brilliant studies of Kypra. It makes logical and scientific sense. For many who have been at this for decades, myself included, it will be a blessing to achieve some gains again.

I am currently in the process of sourcing all the materials and hardware needed to do this properly, and I already have an LG hanger cup and sleeves so that will go a long way based of your initial successful trials.

I will need some guidance in the near future, but I do want to provide good data. Would you be willing to help guide me on specifics/techniques during my trials?

Hey Igigi, I also have US 2000 2nd edition but I’m running into a problem of my device going into temp protection mode before my dorsal side temp sensor gets above 102 degrees. I was curious if you have ran into the same problem? If so what did you do to resolve the issue?

After months of inactivity I came back to an empty and deleted MOS forum lol. I didn’t know what happened but oh well. I am glad to see that you’re still active here.

I guess we will continue our journey here. My whole progress thread also got deleted. Everything got deleted at MOS but it doesn’t matter. A new year has started. Plenty of time to make a fresh restart with big gains coming up!

I also didn’t have enough time due to work and personal life issues. But I want to start again soon. I’ll just open a progress thread here so that everyone can see my progress.

Yes MOS was having issues for a while, and a certain death of the board was imminent. I just dont get why people was still there til the end complaining when there are several other PE boards around.

Of course man. Let us know when you start and create your own log. One of the most important things when it comes to provide data, is measurement. Measure religiously every single day pre BPFSL and post BPFSL. Every single day, no exceptions. Even if you end up not using every single number, that is the complete raw data that ultimately will show you the chart of progress.

I believe I had something similar during my fist period, it is either related to frequency interference or poor contact. In your case I suspect of poor contact. Make sure you have plenty of US gel in your penis.

Do you all apply heat while hanging or applying strain? I’m looking at trying to use US to apply more heat to my penile tissue. I currently use a heating pad and i notices using that while hanging seems to give me a good stretch but i know i no where near the temperatures you all are talking about. I keep seeing that heat is the key and i think that is what i am missing.

You need to get familiar with the scientific literature about therapeutic heat my friend. We are basically heating up to 42 degrees celsius a tendon tissue under tension either by stress relaxation or creep.

What do you think the best set up would be to apply US?

Got total man extender with a scale
And plenty of other tools

Just wanting to apply the best set up to bet the best results.

I personally like the pulley/rope over the leg system. Mostly because of the heat application on the septum. That is the core of the whole therapy. If the heat is not properly applied on the septum, there is no result. And in my opinion the most reliable option to achieve that is the dorsal side resting on the leg with heat applied on the ventral side. The rest is pretty much ingenuity of the individual, but again the most comfortable easy to use system is vacuum cup attachment, scale, rubber buffer, rope, pulley, weights.

I’ve been doing PE for 2 years now off and on with no length gains just lower flaccid and maybe a longer BPSFL

What has been your days on and off routine?

2 days on 1 off or 3 on 2 off

The protocol first established by Kyrpa is 3 on 2 off which I followed successfully. However, towards the end of my second period, while unable to workout due to blisters or work, I had the feeling or perception that maybe 2 on 2 off or even 1 on 1 off would be better. Hard to tell without taking the time to experiment, and at the end it depends on each person.
