The protocol first established by Kyrpa is 3 on 2 off which I followed successfully. However, towards the end of my second period, while unable to workout due to blisters or work, I had the feeling or perception that maybe 2 on 2 off or even 1 on 1 off would be better. Hard to tell without taking the time to experiment, and at the end it depends on each person.

0% strain
20 min stress with total man extender and heat pad
20 min with ultra sound over leg in extender on dorsal side
20 min cool down in extender.
Could feel the heat good on my leg on Medium and would switch to high occasionally
Was hoping to see some strain but as I know this is the first real session I’ve done It may take a few times to see some strain % . Was at about a 2.5kg to 3kg tension
