Igigi's quest for the foot long with UltraSound Therapy

Thank you again for this wonderful documentation, your openness to try new things and taking the time to share all this with us.

I have caught up reading up until the last post and as far es preventing blisters is concerned I have found a very effective taping method. Last year I started the US routine. Only 2 workouts later I developed 2 blisters which took a lot of time to heal. They did heal and I am back into the US routine for over 3 weeks now, making progress, going beyond my last peak and I have no problems with blisters so far. The technique is very solid in my opinion and makes all the difference. I used tape before but with a different technique. You can watch the video here —> https://totalma nshop.com/blogs … ethods-tutorial

I am sure if you combined it with the baby powder mentioned here it would be even safer.

Thank’s to the guy who shared this video on this forum. I got it from here.

Thanks

The poster was probably me…
I was really happy with it until I once forgot to cover the glans under IR. Then there was a monster blister that I struggled with for a long time.

In the meantime, I am also with the Micropore. The instructions wurst posted above work for me without baby powder and silicone cap. Just the tape and that’s it.
I now only use the baby powder when pumping. If you want to use it, make sure that it is talc-free, since talc is said to have a carcinogenic effect. This works quite well and I find it better than with lubricants.

In other words, baby powder is ok, but I don’t swear by it anymore.

FWIW - I use microfoam for the middle strip and x part but then micropore for the circumference - I find it a little easier to get off than straight micropore.

Therefore, I am working on developing an “idea” of how far away the lamp has to be to keep the temperature and work “on the blind”

Once the process is established, entering the tube erected with water based lube will make things even easier.

I will be experimenting water pumping and heating water with IR lamp. I am thinking about using insulation around half of cylinder, and other side is IR lamp. Using foam tent pad. To lessen heat loss.

I will use thermal imager at first. But also though that finding setup that keeps water as hot as bearable could be optimal. Because at max bearable to skin temperature (around 41-42 degrees?) internal penis temperature is probably still at sub-optimal level. So going as high as skin can take only takes us as close as possible to optimal tissue temperatures.

I have not yet bought IR lamp. Beurer IL50 did not work. It has to be more concentrated beam that can be put close.

Thinking of this lamp

And with it 100W or 150W IR light bulp

You might want to try a more powerful bulp. I use a 250 W lamp and get pretty good readings on the thermometer (pretty much 40°C). Not sure how less powerful bulps would perform, though. You can check my progress log for more details.

What is the distance you use it?
My idea was that 150W bulp could be used very close to cylinder. Well it is easy to experiment with different powers.

I haven’t measured the distance but I set it up so that it was hot but not unbearable. You would need to experiment.

My friends, apologies for the late reply.

In terms of the water pumping with heat and PGE-1, I honestly have not had the time to dedicate. I tried it a few times, but besides the lack of time I am not a big fan of trying experiments outside scientific base or existing literature. Therefore I had put that idea in the back right now, and I will start a third US period in December, since this has produced substantial results beyond any doubt. I am applying the phrase “if it ain’t broken, why fix it”

Only 2 things I will modify for the third period:

1) The vacuum cap. I have blisters no matter what, as long as it is air between the glans and the cap. It doesnt matter what I use, what I put, as long as that little gap is created in between, the bolster is born. The solution: During the past period, I used a very cheap vacuum cap out of ebay, that has a pump so you can pump the air out. It greatly improved things, however, the cheap design and pump system is very inefficient. Therefore, it is my perception that the LGHanger will do the job. Not only an efficient pump mechanism, but also custom made for the size of the user, and great quality Made in the USA.

2) I will attempt to develop the “sand clock” mechanism to provide tension. Rather than manually adding weights every certain amount of time to a basket in order to increase weight/tension, I will create a sand delivery system. A very simple concept, like the word says it, a big sand clock. Basically, in a span of 50 minutes, a bucket will slowly pass 5-6kg of weight of sand to the bucket attacked to the pulley, creating a constant increase in tension, steady, hands free.

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

glad you are back!

Will the US waves pass through the silicone that covers part of the shaft?

Hey brother,

I have been monitoring this thread for quite a while now.

What I have been doing though is a bit different, I hang in the morning, and then extend at night using an IR lamp.

Originally, I was doing 30mins slow creep, just to get the tissues prepared for a 20 min IR lamp therapy, and then a 10min cool down (no tension).

The thought process is that I am able to do hang for ligament gains first, then focus on this later in the day, on a 2 on 1 off schedule.

I am experimenting a bit now, and I am curious, are you cooling down in an extended state?

Or cooling down in a lesser load?

Thanks and looking forward to seeing more progress from you! Really great to see what has occurred, as well as your positivity.

Cooldown in an extended state, with there same tension you had right before turning the heat off.

Thanks Iigigi!

What do you think about this routine?

25mins SR in extender at reduced IR lamp heat
25mins in extender at MAX heat, over BPSFL max (I work up to this at intervals)
10mins cool down, under same tension (over BPFSL max)

I have good data as well, just need some guidance here on whether or not I am doing the therapy within the right metrics (albiet not using a US device).

Typically doing the IR therapy I find that I am able to extend past my previous BPFSL, so in my personal case. I am normally pulling 8.0bpfsl, and during the therapy I am able to get to about 8.15-.25bpfsl

Igigi, great stuff in here. I’m slowly reading over your thread, but it’s a lot to take in (thankfully). I hope to have your kind of success in gaining length! Waiting on my cylinders to get in and then it’s off to the races!
