Tendency is that 2 weeks are not doing much for a deconditioning. More like 6 months. This would be a short rest from overtraining for better EQ.
Quim I observed over time you ask thousand questions about things that are highly individualistic that only you yourself can know.
You can ask them another 1000 times and you wont know more. No offense meant ,or no prob with asking you know, I hope you understand what I mean..
All you can do is to read, learn and discuss about the theorys and then check if they are applicable to you.
There are huge threads were all the “pro’s” and “experts” discussed and they still didnt come to a definite conclusion but you still can learn from it.
10 people who gained will have done 10 different things to gain. What they have in common is they observed what worked for THEM. <- THIS IS CRUCIAL.
Read the “big gainer highlights” thread by bearded dragon. What they all did was tuning into themselves!
This is obviously what is needed to gain beyond newbie gains as the gaining window/way is much smaller/narrower.,
Here is what you can practicly do:
Focus on one definite routine to follow like the one I suggested in above post.
Write down everyday what you did including BPFSL, EQ, PI ‘s, masturbation/sex and how you feel about the state of your dick. Even if you did nothing…
This way you will get a better picture of what works for YOU and what not. FOCUS and keep it simple!
If you have the daily data of 1-3 months you and we can make educated guesses what works or not.
Only then one can help you with more detailed answers and you can try tweaks and check how the feedback of your dick is in relation.
If you cant do that then PE might not be for you. The people who succeeded where all “crazy” about it and totally into themselves and their dicks and sacrificed much of their time to it. The “big gainer highlights” thread is an eye opener.
So you can make a 2 week break or not. Whatever you do..write down how you feel and measure etc. today and then check after 2 weeks how the experience differs. Then you will have indications if a 2 week break helped you are not.
