Before you say the ladies like girth, my girth is naturally in the 99th percentile, of 6 inches (at the base maybe 6.2” with a really solid erection).

While I haven’t had any issues with receiving a blowjob or getting it into a vagina, apparently I’m just lucky with who I’ve been with, at this size it can be an issue and much larger these things apparently don’t happen at all or easily.

So I will gain girth only reluctantly, I want to focus on length.
My Flaccid length without compressing the fat pad is what has me returning to this work after being initially interested in it at about 18yo, at the time I was concerned with my erect length which was around 4.7” (I don’t actually recall the digit after the point) so I did a little Jelqing and didn’t think it was working, gave up measuring or doing it with focus, just did the occasional jelqing or whatever, probably not from the Jelqing but from a late growth spurt, my penis was later measured at the high end of 5 inches (but not quite 6”, I mean I could kinda get it to read 6” but the head had to be pushed up and the end of the ruler moved a little higher and pushed deeper into my fat pad, not a real 6”), I was happy to say the least.

Also the stats had improved, when I was 18 the best stats the internet had said the average was north of 6 inches, now it’s about 1 inch shorter.
So with a very good girth and a length that was bone pressed above average I was happy..

Or was I? See, I am a grower and I am fat, so a large fat pad, when I was more obese than now I could actually be flaccid enough for it to be in a hole, negative length, very sad.
I have lost weight, now it can still be about an inch, sure it’s a neat magic trick, but if you aren’t gonna make it large it just looks like a micro-penis.

Also, almost 6 inches, who wants to be almost the size people often still think of as average or small even if stats say it’s on the large side of normal?

So yeah, the other day I decided that I was actually going to focus on this, because if I didn’t feel there was a part of me that needed explaining, that needed compensation with data about erect girths and stats I would be a lot happier when seen naked.

Ok, so I began with some flaccid manual stretching, some s2s and Jelqing, I unadvisedly also setup a 1.5L bottle of water and some wire wrapped around a paper serviette wrapped around my penis head.
With just a few days, I already cab say I am no longer just under 6 inches, I can claim 6.1 or even 6.2 inches BPEL, not my height and penis length and girth have the same numbers, 6.2

I have bought 2 air pumps for cheap coming from china thanks Aliexpress, one with a 2.25 inch tube.
One vacuum stretcher with elastic tension and the other the less comfortable clamp type with the rods.
One bathmate knockoff.

Oh, and a centrifuge, 100 vacuum blood collection vials, a bunch of blood collection needles, yup, everything needed to do PRP on myself, except maybe the balls to stick the needle in when the time comes, we’ll see. Cost just ~$100USD all up including taxes, shipped to New Zealand.

The fact I already have some gain after what was only a few days makes me think I will be a fast gainer, but I also want to work in rest periods of occasional low intensity very mild stretching.

BTW, I just learnt that Arugula (rocket salad) has more nitric oxide that anything else you can put into your body outside of a Viagra pill or maybe some supplements.

I guess I will upload images eventually (not sure how to even use this forum yet and I think images are allowed but I’m uncertain) to show my progress is real, at least I hope to have results that are impressive enough to warrant some skepticism.

Oh, and technique’s I used to get those results besides what I mentioned, I did jerking pull movements (seems to be sudden yanking is a lot more force) and also I pressed down on the skin around my penis when doing s2s and it massively increases what you can feel going on if like me your skin is short from circumcision’s, I would be longer if the doctor has left me a little more skin to grow into, this is a proven thing BTW, studies have shown circumcision reduces length as the skin resists growth.

As far as length gain goes, let’s wait until you get your new equipment and see how that goes. In the meantime, you can always do manual stretches.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’ve read through your posts few times now and I think I have better understanding of your objective. Let me summarize my understanding and you can let me know if I have missed the mark somewhere:

-Your girth is from 6-6.2” and you do not want to increase it.
-You are overweight with a large fat pad.
-You want to increase your length. Erect length is around 6”. (BPEL bone pressed erect length or NBPEL non-bone pressed erect length?).
-You are a grower.
-You have some previous experience with PE, having tried manual stretching and S2S and jelqing. You set up a basic hanger system by attaching a wire just behind your glans then to a 1.5l water bottle as the weight.
-You have ordered some PE equipment including a vacuum pump and cylinder for air pumping, a Bathmate, a rod extender and a vacuum cap All Day Stretcher (ADS).
-You have also ordered equipment for a home PRP program, including a centrifuge, vials and needles (syringes?).

Questions and comments:
1) Are you still losing weight?
As you have experienced first hand reducing the fat pad is the most guaranteed method of increasing NBPEL by revealing your true dick size (BPEL).
2) Are you still continuing your manual stretching?
We encourage new members to start with the Newbie Program. One of the benefits from it is to condition your penis, or get your penis in better shape to then transition to more complex PE activities with less chance of injuring themself.
3) Length but not girth. I don’t think anyone can recommend a program that guarantees length over girth. You may take some comfort in that, historically, girth gains are more difficult to achieve than length gains. But all guys are different and there are some who gain girth easily. You won’t know until you begin.
4) It is not clear to me if you are measuring bone pressed or a non bone pressed. The measurement of preference is bone pressed, but you also need to know what your non bone pressed and fat pad measurements are. This is discussed in the measurement link I previously posted for you. Please clarify your measurements.

I hope you have a medical background and are familiar with lab protocols for cleanliness, blood sampling, transference, storage, blending and injections. This is such a complex procedure that a trained medical specialist needs to be involved. I’m not one and am probably unaware of some of the major issues which exist.
3) PRP continued. We have several discussions here of members who have the P shot (PRP) and have reported their results. I personally have had several P shots. The large majority state that the Pshot is not effective for penis growth. It has been effective for improving penis health.
Newyorktexan currently has a discussion on his ongoing Pshot program. I believe that his includes additional additives to address the growth aspect. You can read it to learn more about it, if you wish.

My Recommendations:
1) start the Newbie Program
2) read up on pumping, extenders and ADS usage to learn what has worked, and what hasn’t, for members.

That’s bone pressed, NBPEL is 4-5 inches.
The bathmate is a knockoff version but yeah
I am probably not losing weight right now as I am having a little break from strict Keto. Carnivore diet that lost me weight, but I am looking to start a new diet focused on gut health, might have leaky gut, this is based on advice from a Kiwi trainer who is getting great results with people, Olly Wood.

Also if I am reading the stats post right, it SEEMS to indicate that those who started with higher girths had a harder time adding more (counterintuitively perhaps?) than those who began with a smaller girth.

Glad that becoming a shower is possible!
As for PRP, well I think I know what the key is and ow it works, there are various growth factors in the platelet component of the blood.
For great results according to one place doing the P-shot you need to have 60ml of blood and then centrifuge it to remove the red blood cells, then centrifuge it again and throw away (but I am thinking maybe inject into internal taint penis) the top stuff and the stuff at the bottom is gold as it has a high concentration of all the good stuff.
Vitamin D3, HCG, HGH, Testosterone and the P-shot have all shown ability to enhance the adult penis, albeit Testosterone mostly when there was insufficient production in youth.
PRP contains IGF-1 and a bunch of other growth factors, it is just about getting those factors high enough!

My expectation of the P-shot in conjunction with some stretching/pumping is a gain of more than an inch in a month or so.
My hope would be gaining 2 inches in about a month or 2.
Of course that will depend on how much blood I draw, I bought 100 5ml blood collection vacuum vials, though they will suck in a bit less blood but if it was 5ml then that’s 500ml of blood, that is a fair bit. If the results are ok I’d buy ore vials.
I think as long as I use the vacuum vials it should be rather safe, I have had my blood taken quite a bit recently and I have a good sense for what is done, it’s not too hard, the biggest issue is I need help to draw the blood because you can’t tape down the needle and hold it in place with the other hand alone.

Completely agree, didn’t reuse this after first experience.
I will probably just wait for the vacuum ADS and the other extender to arrive, if I do make an ADS it will be based on the instructions in the beginners section, but basically I intend to do a small deconditioning break mostly till my gear arrives as early as the end of may.
I did some hard tugging and other not-recommended things.

No background, but as I said I have had my blood drawn a lot lately between tests and blood donations.

I looked into it a it, but I need to do more so.
I kinda hope I don’t have to use any additives that aren’t easy and cheap and legal.
I was at one point considering buying steroids illegally (after I failed to convince a doctor) but I think the PRP might be enough if as explained earlier it is a large amount of blood that is taken and only the very best put in, it is about having a really high levels of those factors.
But if that fails then I will look into additives and activators.

I intend on doing a deconditioning break so currently I am just getting erect sometimes and giving a gentle-ish flaccid stretch now and then just to keep it from losing the gains made.
I do some side to side stretches with pressing around the fat pad, this shows me how tight the skin is, I think this is an exercise that should be in the beginners section personally.

Also are you aware of studies that show circumcised babies grow up to have shorter penises? (really high P value to the study, P value is the statistical significance).
The point is skin is also a limiting factor to growth, if the doctor doesn’t leave enough skin then the penis becomes restrained when growing and won’t become as long!
The skin in my penis becomes very lightly stretched in the length direction especially when I hold my fat pad down to expose more of my true length.
I guess being fat also doesn’t help as it means my skin only stretches that much when I push down on the fat pad.

As for weight loss, I want to lose weight, but I have been morbidly obese in the past, I am still obese.
Losing weight isn’t easy, harder than gaining penis inches for many.
However I do have further weight loss as a goal.

Dude you spend too much time on the internet and believe the shit you read.

1) I am unaware of any published studies conclusively stating using these hormones can lead to penis growth in a normal adult male. There are studies supporting this for, as you indicated, insuffcient production during the formative years. I am aware there are proposed studies to test this concept, and perhaps one or more are under way.

And I am aware that some P shot providers advertise the inclusion of HGH as an added benefit.

Again, this is not a proven concept. Just an internet myth and wishful thinking.

2&3) Think many months or even years for an inch or more growth from using a dedicated PE program. None of the members here who have had a p shot have had any permanent growth from it. The only place I have seen anyone claim that it has is on Dr. Cha. Runnel’s website, and he is the guy who came up with it and pushes it. I’ve had 6 or 7 p shots and while they did help straighten a severe curve I had, they did nothing for growth.

Lastly in the circumcision causing smaller penis, I am aware that this is pushed hard by the anti circumcision crowd. Medical studies report it happens in rare cases as a result of too tight a circumcision. Not all circumcisions, just rare cases.

Read through the forums here and learn how to safely engage in a PE program, and see the time and effort involved and how long most guys take to get gains.

You only have one dick and you want to make sure it stays healthy.

I júst started to read the PRP thread of Thoughtfullgold because of this thread and the mention of doing PRP. It didnt work for anyone long term?!

Personally my take on this is such..

You can absolutely get adult bodies to grow, in height, penises, all sorts just like in youth, but you need to do is strongly stimulate not just one, but a whole host of hormones and grown factors and peptides, or at least turn one thing on sufficiently upstream, or, include physical forces to induce growth.

I child who doesn’t have the proper mix of growth factors won’t get any taller, even if they have some others, or not as tall as is they had them all.

Platelet rich plasma for which many many clinics and people claim growth has occurred concentrates a LOT of different growth factors, and it works on adults.

My point is that there is every reason to believe that if you combine enough factors, you will get growth, this is seen with some bodybuilders who have reported penis growth when taking large amounts of HGH and testosterone and others, sure, most bodybuilders eat up the substances they take with the muscle breakdown and repair, kill their natural production of Testosterone likely decreasing the amount the penis gets.

But when you focus in one one area by using topical of injected therapy with a wide range, not just Testosterone but also DHT, not just that but HGH and HCG and Vitamin D3 (K2 and Mag for safety) and pumping to induce repair.
Then you can get real growth!

Break a leg, pull the bones slightly apart and healing will stitch the bones back together across the gap, take factors that accelerate repair, healing and you can accelerate this process no doubt.
The same is true for penis extension, the damage is only half the equation the other half is healing.

I also have reason to believe that Bromelain would accelerate results, it increases testosterone and speeds healing and undoes scar tissue dissolving it. It might restore a beginner state!

Well that’s how I feel about your beliefs, only mine can be supported by actual evidence you refuse to accept and logic.

A major responsibility of a mod is to manage false, incorrect information “disinformation” whether intentional or not. No one will be allowed to spread false and dangerous information which can have a negative impact on other members.

Everyone has a different process for weighing information.
We can disagree with each others opinions, but let’s not pretend that it’s a cut and dry, black and white thing.
There is a study that shows penis growth can happen with Vitamin D3 supplementation for instance.

I have not underplayed the risks, there is a marked risk of D3 overdose if not treated with care, and if enough people take 50,000IU a day for just 3 months I’m sure some would have an event and could potentially die, but how many would need to take it I don’t know. 1 in several million? 1 in 10,000, one in 1,000?
And if taken with proper care with enough K2 and Magnesium I suspect there wouldn’t be one in a million especially with bloods and listening to your body.

Overdosing of Vitamin D3 is actually kinda hard to do because levels rise slowly, it generally takes a long time for a 50,000IU dose to become serious.
However there is ample evidence that use of K2 and magnesium will mitigate those effects.

So, first off I am not underplaying the risk, yes if you do this you could die, and if you do it irresponsibly without noting signs from your body, without getting tests, taking more or longer or getting a lot of sun simultaneously the risks go way up, as they would by not taking the K2 and Mag.

Assuming the study isn’t fraudulent, I would say it seems significant, every penis got longer without any physical procedure.

I guess you could put it down to bad measuring + fat loss if the Girth didn’t increase in most cases where that data was collected also.

So we have something that is pretty rare, penises of adult men (some pretty damn old) with regular sized penises getting longer, that just DOESN’T happen.

Ok, but if the mechanism made no sense then we could still discount it, so could taking a hormone that also is involved with Testosterone production be a plausible trigger for growth? Well, obviously yes it could!

So then the only thing you seem to be saying is that you believe that hormones can’t produce growth in the normal adult penis because it isn’t already a widely accepted fact. But here’s the thing, widely accepted facts only become accepted widely very very slowly after a lot of people who are cynics and skeptics can’t hold back the reality.

There were a LOT of skeptics about steroids back in the 80’s, people saying that those things weren’t possible.
Skeptics are and will always oppose every new true discovery, I am on the leading edge.
Some insist of defending the trailing edge of of science and belief.

There IS a place for both, but there would be no progress(and indeed no penis lengthening) if everyone thought that way.
There is a useful balance.

If I was recommending people take 50kIU of D3 for years and that the K2 didn’t matter then yes, I would be dangerous, if I said this is fine for everyone then again yes, that would be dangerous but I am not suggesting anyone try this, I am just saying that there is a risk and depending on your appetite for risk it is manageable.

I also think this forum has some gatekeeper attitude around fast gains, like if you had to work long and hard for your gains then everyone should have to “earn it” or that’s how it seems anyway, sure there might be merit to all manual exercises and not buying devices, not using the power of hormones and growth factors and subluminals to enhance growth, if you want to do it the slow way, the old school OG way, then that is all good, but shouldn’t others be allowed to explore the mere possibility of new methods?

I have noticed only one mention of the side to side (S2S) method in this forum, is that too new? Too Reddit?

I think this is a great forum, but there is plenty of claims about PRP “P-shot” increasing length&girth and NYTX seems to have some positive results.

Maybe the P-shot claims are bunk, maybe the Vit D3 claims are bunk, maybe the HGH growing penis claims are bunk, but the claims do exist and I am unwilling to just assume fraud because both are new.
The results seems perfectly plausible as hormones and growth factors and peptides DO cause growth.
HGH is well known when taken in excess to grow things that should be done growing such as internal organs!

There is really no reason to think that the human body is 100% done growing in response to the right levels and combinations of hormones and related body chemistry combined with physical stress, and evidence that it isn’t.

If you want to be 100% safe, then assume this is wrong, but the odds seem to be on this being the emerging truth and for me that’s good enough.

Progress would never happen if everyone thought the way you are 32quarters.


~1997 age 18 I was 4.7" BPEL and somehow grew either because I wasn't done growing and or some PE work to a bit under 6 inches without measuring or noticing progress at the time. Girth has always been about 6 inches but is slowly getting larger 6.2" at widest

Current BPEL after a little work is 6.2" also, Bone pressed stretched flaccid 6.5" Will update with gains.
