Don´t get confused, there is some distortion related how the soundwaves hit your temperature probe.
We need to understand that you are swinging aroud and the probe stays still.

108 F may be temporary peaks, nothing more.

It can be that 1 MHz waves can cause stronger heat production locally than 3MHz.
It is irrelevant how the slope you plotted fluctuates, just put 0.5 kg of heated rice mass below and everything smoothen down.
And to be sure another 0,5 kg heated mass on top.

Microwaving 0.5 kg rice sock 2 minutes , it has +70 C core temperature, +50 C touching temperature and after 45 minutes laying on the table still has + 40C at surface.

Anyways your slopes looks just fine. I have attached two pics from study linked as well.

I have said all the time that penis is a great cooler, muscle mass cools down much slower.
The actual lack of the heated mass causes maintaining heat really tricky, and same goes other way round with the lack of mass.
Additional mass due rice pad changes the scenario a lot.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

That pdf shows muscle cools down 1 Celsius in 2.5min, or 0.4/min. In Fahrenheit that is 3.6 in 5min. Much much slower than my test from 108 to 101 in 50 secs. 7 Fahrenheit is 3.88 Celsius in 1min. The rate of cool down in penis tissue urethra is 9.7x (3.88/.4) times faster? Something doesn’t seem right about that… Not that it really matters anyway as US clearly has the best way we can increase temp anyway.

Are you still going to do your own test?

I am shocked a rice sock microwaved can hold that much heat for 45min!

Im still not sure which is better 1mhz or 3mhz. It seems overall the same. If you had both, which one would you use?

Very interesting! These experiments are exactly what this community needs! Perhaps why I’m showing good signs having a longer cool down stretch, though time will tell and of course means a bigger time investment. I think the penis does cool down very quickly so 10 minutes could be just fine as I’m sure Kypra will attest to.

I have 3 mHz and I’ve been progressing beautifully. However, it was $100 more and that was the cheapest option so it sounds like they are pretty comparable. I was really on the fence about buying one till I saw your initial experiments and the kind of heat that could be achieved. I instantly knew I needed to try that out for gains.

I will, just waiting for the right time.

Studies should be interpreted similarly. They were operating at physiological temperatures ,top temp being 39.6° C at maximum.
If you were to put all your data in one set, then form a smoothened line as an average as they did, you would see very similar cooling rate starting at 103.2 °F downward.

They were experimenting with triceps surae muscle which is much more dense tissue than our cellular penises. The heated mass of the tissue was greater also I suppose.

Haha that’s how I react when I find something new. Justifying a 600 dollar US machine why not if it gives me gains.

Next is the NKISK protocol but I am too chicken to try that still.

Looking forward to it even though it should be similar results.

That makes sense.

How about what choice would be ideal for you 1mhz or 3mhz?

Hard to tell. Apples and oranges.
2 MHz would be optimal but they are not available at the reasonable price.. Not tried 3 MHz so I don´t know if its good for targeting dorsal or ventral thickening.
With 1 MHz it is felt especially dorsally when applied on ventral side.
And seen with your application of transducer placed dorsally, heat peaks ventrally inside the urethra as seen in your data.

First take failed as I had difficulty to penetrate deep enough inside urethra.

Despite having rounded tip on the thermometer sound, it caused minor bleeding out from the urethra.

Now it is better not to touch the whole damn dick for couple of days.

Damn be careful.. how thick is your thermometer?

It takes some patience getting stuff in there. Hit some “blocks” along the way but dont push just try and wiggle comfortably pulling out and back in until you find the correct path. Then it sinks deep

Use lube too. Hope you didnt puncture it and make sure you dont get a uti

Maybe using both would be the best. Target different depths and different tissue areas

If one has the choice to do both 1MHz and 3 MHz, then of course could bet the best way.
Build up the heat with 3MHz and then target the heat with 1 MHz.

Actually I went precisely like you described. There was no pain or anything but feeling of the block . While pulling gently backwards find out the bleeding.
It was a kitchen thermometer with 4 mm rod.

There is wound or punctuation as I start to bleed slightly while erect. No pain , just a little bit of irritation. Very little or no blood while urinating.
Let see, I am few days off from activities now.

Second take will be with thermo-couple, coated with rubbery flexible plastic. No more rigid rods inside this urethra , that´s for sure.
Thermometer has two channels, I will place second thermocouple measuring the surface temps between penis and rice sock.

It is the purpose of this all. To be careful especially with the ultrasound. The data we are collecting is just not for the curiosity. Hopefully it will help us all eventually .
