3 x 5 stretches held 50 secs
50 kegels

After: 15.6cm

Did get my heat pad warm up. Got home late after work. Had to settle for 30 mins with the seat warmers. Which I’ll never complain about. Love those things.

Seems progress is slowing a bit. I’ve got a Titan .9 glans ring that should be here Friday. Thinking that will help some. It’s a tad smaller in diameter and a little heavier. So really, it should stay on a lot better when I’m doing physical activity. With the extra weight, I’m thinking my penis got used to the .4 by now. I’ve been wearing it for a good while every day.

Taking today off too. Long day at work and could use the rest.

Put a little bit of athletic tape on my current glans ring to keep it from falling off while doing physical activity at work. Worked great.

Honestly, I feel like I have a massive end of day flaccid. This is the first time I’ve looked at it and been like damn this is amazing.

If only it were this size all the time. Looks like I have a semi but definitely don’t.

Having seen just about the same numbers for the past 4 workouts, I think it may be time to move on to hanging.

I’ll warm up and get my first trial run going after I eat. Would love to get another inch in 6 months like GokusPecks did.

Would be epic.

Hit my warm up with the heat pad.
In my first set of hanging 20 mins with 1.5lbs.

Giving a good stretch so far. I was at 1lb, but added another .5 half way through.

I find the worst part of this to be boredom.

20 mins @ 1.5lbs
20 mins @ 1.5lbs
20 mins @ 1lb

Warm down with the heat pad.
Felt a lot of fatigue in that last set.
Also a lot if skin burn (stretching) overall.

That’s a solid first hanging workout. Do _NOT_ be the typical guy and start adding pounds every week. IMO the ‘ride the fatigue’ mantra applies to compression hanging where sets are limited to 10-20 mins. Think in terms of tension over time.

I’ve already promised I won’t add weight for minimally a month. I can feel some good strain just from 1.5lbs.
