Anyways, not sure I feel this ring is as effective as a sillicone sleeve for ads. It seems like the sleeve keeps me a bit more elongated. I may stack the neck size up on top of this ring and see how that goes tomorrow.

Warmed up for about 20 mins with the heat pad. Time really gets away from me as I read on here with it on. It feels so good that I get carried away.

As for the glans ring, I kept it on for my full work day. By the end of the work day, I did begin to appreciate it. It didn’t put any significant force on my flaccid, but it did stay fuller than when I use the sillicone sleeve. The sleeve seems to compress a bit. This ring let’s everything just flow.

So I think the ring is the winner.

It’s a ring that fits right behind the glans. I got the Titan .04, 4 pack. It just keeps a bit of weight (3oz) to keep elongated.

I wear it for the day while flaccid and commando. Getting great flaccid hang from it. Highly recommend.

Not sure how long I warmed up, got caught up reading on here. I really think it was close to 30 mins, maybe longer.

Measured 14.9cm bpfsl when I got home from work (early day.) Getting on to my workout in a few hours to keep my usual time.

I read a lot about the strain curve theory from Longerstretch. Really interesting. Suggests need anywhere from 2-5% strain for gains in the beginning, which I’m roughly at 1%, maybe slightly more. I’ll keep an eye on these percentages as he claims they tell us when we need to decon. Once the percentage gets to about 8 is when it seems a decon is needed.

I suppose the idea is to not cause too much strain to keep the before and after numbers close (so that the initial measure grows to the post measure.) So with that percentage, it keeps giving a good stretch, but not causing so much damage that it takes longer to heal.

I did 100 jelqs in the shower earlier. After I edged for a little bit. I haven’t been tracking girth, but I do feel like I am longer and thicker.

Very cool. Didn’t have a ruler with me or I would have measured.

I also have been thinking about how I do routine at night and think it may be more beneficial than earlier in the day. During the day, we can be tense and experience more stress, which we all know has an adverse side effect for our units.

By doing these at night, before bed, I feel like I’m bypassing the stress and am capable of letting my dick rest and recover better, uninterrupted throughout the night.

So ultimately during the day I’m just wearing my glans ring.

I’ve tried the routine in the past and did it earlier in the day, before work started, but I feel like I’m getting better results now than ever before.
