For sure. I did it for a bit during the summer, but as soon as it started getting cold I threw on some underwear again. I started my commando journey again by using some spats that I got for martial arts training. Basically like spandex for men. Despite it putting more pressure on the unit than underwear, it puts pressure differently. So if I angle the dangle downward, it compresses and keeps it downward.

Not to mention when my body warms up, the spats keep warmth in. Pretty cool.

Another newbie routine done. Yesterday was an off day. I need to get better at tracking here.

25 kegels (working my way up to 50)

30 sec piss pull outward every time I use the bathroom.

Also, considering busting out the old Captn’s Welch for an ADS until I solidify an all day hanger I can get comfortable with at work.

Slowly looking into some ointments like in Goon’s thread I linked.

Just found my Captn’s Wench and have placed it btc. I have a silicone sleeve on under for grip. I can feel blood throughout when kegeling which should be a good sign.

30 min drive to work, will check on it upon arrival.

Still can’t get the hang of wearing an ADS for more than 30 mins. It’s driving me crazy.

Luckily I brought a silicone sleeve thats perfect to keep elongated.

Also, I noticed in my stretches that I have the most tension on my ligs when doing SO as well as left and right.

To anyone reading, when I get back to hanging, should those three be my angles of attack?

Late session tonight. Measured my BPFSL and proud to say it is 13.5cm which is over my last noted BPFSL of 13cm. That’s pretty sweet.

Been enjoying the commando hang. Honestly may attribute initial “gains” to that.

Also have been doing 30 sec sack stretching in between each shaft stretching round.

I like doing my session at night after going commando all day. It feels already warmed up and my flaccid hangs super thick and heavy like I have a half chub, but I dont. For example, my usual flaccid when wearing underwear: 3”. Commando: 3 3/4”. Cant compare the girth as I don’t think I ever measured the original girth, but I would say easily 50% more.

Very encouraging.

Also meant to note that after my stretching session, the flaccid was 4 1/4”
