Edit: Also worth noting, I was really feeling the stretches today. Especially the left and right ones. Those two directions definitely got an incredibly good stretch.

I think what has been helping me the most is focusing on trying to stretch to meet my bpfsl and go a tiny bit further. So I’m pulling fairly hard, but I know it isn’t as hard as I can pull. I’d assume it is somewhere around 75% strength if I had to guess.

I can feel a really good stretch on my dick without the thought that I may break it.

Also, sleeves came in today. So now it is hard to decide whether to go ahead and start hanging or ride this routine out until gains stop.

Something worth mentioning is I’ve been on top of my water consumption and weight training. I do believe this has played a role somehow.

Off day. Wearing the sillicone sleeve to keep stretched and it seems like there’s slight discoloration, but it isn’t purple. It’s more like a lighter color.

Is this normal?

The color is just throwing me off.

Haven’t been doing jelqs too often lately. Mainly when doing my workout after work. If I catch it in the shower in the morning, I’ll jelq. Otherwise I can’t stand the clean up so ef it.

How can you see the color through the sleeve? Exactly what sleeve are you using?


2018: BPEL = 7.25ish. MSEG= 5.

2023: BPEL = 8.25. MSEG = 5.5.

Goal: BPEL = 8.75. MSEG = 6.1.

I couldn’t see color through the sleeve. I was looking at the glans that was peeking out.

I did fix this issue. I stretched out the sleeve q bit so it wasn’t so tight. It wasn’t restricting blood flow, and the glans wasn’t cold, but it was putting pressure on the skin.

Stretching the sleeve out with two hands loosened it up just enough for it to be comfortable and not too tight while keeping elongated.

Yeah booyy. Put the 1 1/8 on for now. They are not very heavy, so may throw on the size above it too and tape them.

We’ll see. Going to run errands with it first, then I’ll post feedback.
