13.9cm bpfsl, measuring cold before my warm up with the heat pad. I think it’s safe to say thats my new bpfsl measurement.
Just doing the stretches again. Tomorrow is a rest day and I am ready for it.

Bpfsl after is 14cm on the dot.
I think what has been helping me the most is focusing on trying to stretch to meet my bpfsl and go a tiny bit further. So I’m pulling fairly hard, but I know it isn’t as hard as I can pull. I’d assume it is somewhere around 75% strength if I had to guess.
I can feel a really good stretch on my dick without the thought that I may break it.
Also, sleeves came in today. So now it is hard to decide whether to go ahead and start hanging or ride this routine out until gains stop.
Something worth mentioning is I’ve been on top of my water consumption and weight training. I do believe this has played a role somehow.
Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm
Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm
All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.
