Been hanging longer and thicker all day and I think it’s partially from the magnesium lotion. I’ve done jelqs in the shower before heading to work and haven’t had this kind of hang until today.

It legitimately looks like I had just gotten done jelqing, still, nearly 8 hours later.

I also have decided that my goal size will be 7.5”x5.5”, maybe 6”.

First milestone will be 6” bpel. Once that is achieved I will probably start working on girth. Once girth thickens up a bit, I’ll hit the rest of the length goal, then back to girth to finish it off.

Unless anyone believes in going fully for length, then girth.

Man I read stuff about magnesium on a thread in TP somewhere, I’ll have to search for it again.

But basically, magnesium serves as a sort of muscle relaxer. So magnesium lotion is utilized by athletes. Figured why not try it on my junk?

Seems to be doing the trick. Been getting good blood flow as well as a more relaxed, plumper unit.

About to hit my stretch routine. Super late, but still getting it in. Flaccid is looking super long today.

To be honest, I don’t feel like I got an insanely good stretch in tonight. 1am when I got started, so kind of lackluster. However, I did get the routine in which means another workout is in the biggest and +1 for consistency. That’s the real goal here.

So I read The Tao of Sexology, or something like that. In it is discussed a way of “in”jaculation as opposed to ejaculation. So the idea is to keep your semen So as not to lose all the benefits, but still have an orgasm.

Fairly interesting. Basically when you’re at the point of no return, you Press on some pressure point in between the anus and balls which causes it to be sent somewhere else.

I tried it earlier, but I got the wrong spot and it kinda hurt.

Had some good night wood/morning wood. Showing a good trend.

Just ordered a Titan .9 which should be in within the week. Will weight 2-3oz, which is heavier than my .4 currently (.95oz)

Need to cut up the oxballs when I get home. It’s a bit too long so the stretch hurts immensely. Makes my nuts feel like they’re going to pop from pressure. I could probably cut it in half and be perfect.

Would be nice to get a magnetic ball weight, but I dont know. For some reason I feel less inclined to spend that money on a ball weight vs shaft weights.

Something interesting I just found from my first thread. I’m very happy to see how far I’ve come, despite my incredible lack of consistency through the years. I’m not sure I’ve ever made it more than three months at a time.

I had originally only measured bpel at 4.5” I didn’t have that tape measure at the time so I couldn’t measure girth and never thought of measuring flaccid.

So before my session, my BPEL increased .5” to 5” and my EG at one mark over 4”. My flaccid was at 3.5”. If I kegeled I could get another 1/8 inch or more on erect length. Didn’t measure after my session because I didn’t see the need to.

Considering my bpel is at 5.75” now, this is rather incredible. I’m not even sure where the gains happened over the years. Maybe just a little each time I came back (except I think most of mine are happening this time around, was at 13cm bpel which is 5.1” upon restarting 2/21.)

Girth hasn’t changed, which isn’t a big deal at the moment as I’m focusing on length. Very exciting to see how much a difference this has made.

Saw something weird in my log. Missed a day somewhere due to that 1am session.

Upped 5 seconds on the stretches.

Before: 15.5cm

3 x 5 stretches held 50 secs
50 kegels

After: 15.6cm

Nice to see an increase. Thought I was about to plateau.

Once I finally do, I have officially decided on hanging.

Cut the Oxballs Squeeze in half and is fairly comfortable when the sack is in its natural elongated state. It’s incredibly painful to put on when the scrotum is tighter.

Is that natural and where the stretch comes from? Making the tight stage of the scrotum stretch?
